The electric and water is separate and does comply to safety standards, however I can understand that some guests are unsure and may not be happy having them on their pitch.
The grass cutting has to be re-scheduled at times due to inclement weather, therefore may not get cut weekly.
The toilets and showers had 2 daily cleans,the floors will become dirty quickly when the grass and paths are wet and muddy. As the windows are open for better ventilation spiders will get in and spin webs as soon as one set are cleared.
I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. When you check-in you are given a card with your pitch number, the codes and the mobile number to use for any issues including disturbances whilst staying as we are unable to rectify anything once you have left.
The facilities are cleaned on a regular basis, again any short falls we need to be notified immediately. As it is autumn mud does get walked in which will make the floors dirty.
