Lady at reception lovely and friendly the shower blocks decent although you really should invest in disabled facilities especially now we in 2024 not 1994.

No facilities for children you have all that ground and no play park. Absolutely no disabled facilities. Dog bins non existent
Another year of no hop farm can't see it ever coming back shame as now we've decided that we need to go some where with a bit more to offer

Quiet and spacious with easy access to the River Medway. Friendly and helpful staff and good toilet/shower facilities.

As usual, it's a great campsite, run really well. Staff are are all great, even when we're told to turn the music down at 10 (Sue you have a special place in our hearts, it wouldn't be the same without you🥰)
The bathrooms are cleaned regularly, everywhere is only a short walk from them. Being in the back fields is much more personal, you can choose to stay where you want, not close to other campers. Its our favourite site in the world. We always have a great time. Thanku Hop Farm!

Brilliant camp site. Very spacious. Lake for paddle boarding and kayaking.

The showers were cleaned daily.

The staff were friendly and helpful.

The on site shop had essentials.

We've been coming to Hop Farm annually with our family and friends for nearly a decade! This year, we stayed in the back field, which is ideal for larger groups. It's set apart from other campers, so we didn't have to worry about making too much noise. The grass was well-maintained—short, dry, and free of mud. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to Sue, who was friendly and informative. The location is perfect, with the lock within walking distance for the teenagers to enjoy, a pub nearby for the adults, and local shops just a short drive away.

Being in the back field, we were a bit far from the toilet and washing up facilities. It would be great if they could add a few toilets in that area. We also noticed there wasn’t a water point nearby.

Toilets are kept nice and clean, during the week it was lovely and quiet, grass was cut nicely and bins close by.

We have been coming for years and haven’t encountered it apart from the last 2 years but there is a huge wasp problem in the second field to the left. We caught over 20 wasps in a trap that we bought in the space of an hour. It was the same last year on the opposite side of the field. There also needs to be some sort of policing on noise and behaviour. We come here because it is open and you can camp spaced apart. A large group turned up over the weekend, they were up past 4am every night then their kids were up at 6.30. They had dogs off the lead that kept coming into our tent, there were also many people driving at ridiculous speeds across the site. It doesn’t feel as safe as it used to.

Had a great stay at the hop farm over the weekend with our family and freinds - the site is huge, plenty of space for the girls to bike around - particulary enjoyed the rope swings and easy access to the river via the woodern steps. Definatley be back.

Toilets were awful .
Advertised as cafes bars but nothing there some fields no toilets for miles.
People driving to loos all through night.
People calling friends to pass codes out.
Just awful worse site we ve ever used
