Fantastic camp site will definitely be going back. The beach is beautiful and the weather was amazing! Not far from any of the towns either

Not much of a dislike but the toilet block closest to the beach could do with an update

Great access to the beach which is beautiful. The views are amazing! Pool was nice and clean. Arcades and entertainment were good.
Onsite shop was very expensive, but there's a Lidl, home bargains and Asda very close by.
Great size pitches. staff are friendly and always someone around to help.

One fault was the toilets over the weekend.
Toilets were very clean during the week, but when it got to weekend they were disgusting. Toilet roll all over, sand covering all showers. Dirty sinks. Never saw a cleaner during Saturday day. But they were cleaned very regularly during the week day

Being close to the sea, entertainment

As a disabled person, having to go from one end of the site to another to get food, had to use the car a lot, which we didn't want to do, the slope down to the beach is not manageable for me.
Prices for drinks are too expensive, and the food quality was pricy and inadequate
The pitch we had, was on a slope, so our sleeping area was uphill

The proximity to beach is good if you get a pitch nearer the sea but they were full. But the beach car park on site is great for direct beach access.

Swimming pool is great. Could benefit from two clear queues for the 9am session for those booked on and those who want to book sessions separately.

The toilet and shower block was not kept clean despite us complaining about it on a number of occasions.

A1 Super location to local beach only a small walk down the road great clubhouse great swimming pools indoor and outdoor great food in the clubhouse showers were very clean and site was faultless thank you so much. See you next year.

Shower blocks and toilets were disgusting, really dirty and grim - I’m not sure they were properly cleaned once in the entire of our stay. Dead insects and tons of dirt and sand EVERYWHERE!
Noise from the clubhouse - very loud music blaring until late at night
Caters more for static caravans and chalets, tents and tourers seem to be just bodged in where statics cannot go
Not at all relaxing
Quite large potholes all around the camping area which are hazardous at night
Very hilly, do your research if you have any mobility issues

Handy having private access to the beach. The car park was a short drive from the tent pitches and there were always available parking spaces. It could be walked but it is uphill and would be challenging with beach gear and younger children.

The showers and toilets need to be cleaned more often during the busiest part of the season. The floors are covered in mud/sand for most the day and there was mud left on the shower walls throughout my stay. This would indicate that cleaning is not overly through. I was also unfortunate to discover that someone had decided to leave a human poo in one of the shower cubicles.
The rules state that there is to be no smoking/vaping (in public areas) or open fires. This was often ignored and there seemed to be no staff around to raise issues to. The only time I ever saw any staff were in the shop, swimming pool etc.
The noise from the club house can be heard throughout the site which can be frustrating at night.
Booking of the swimming pool can only be made in person and from 1000 of the day required. This is annoying as you need to delay your day to get to the pool at 1000.
Shop is ridiculously expensive but luckily there is a Lidl nearby.

Large pitches. Flexibility of choosing pitch. Site amenities and location good.

Showers - cold on all 3 days of our stay. Toilets in gents blocked and closed and unusable. Attendance staff waiting around outside uninterested and swearing whilst talking amongst themselves. Boiler seems to require an update and for staff to take the issue seriously.

. The child's activity we paid for was ridiculous took 5 minutes, had 1 pot of glue between all children taking part wasn't worth what we paid.
. We thought the price for a pitch was a bit steep considering the lack of activities
. Life guards not opening small pool because easier for them have just the one lifeguard watching even though was 4 of them there, meaning small children/toddlers had go in big pool an was scared and getting splashed from older children/adults

I would stay again if things was changed and would recommend to friends but maybe not those with children who want to do activities
