It was first time travelling to Cornwall definitely we will come again we had an amazing weather, the camp it’s amazing plenty of space the showers only clean and the bathroom as well a very nice space for the cleaning the dishes, a lot of bins and if the weather is not helping they have activities for the kids also the shop is amazing you can find what you forgat to buy 😅 otherwise Lidl is not that far.

The pitch areas are spacious, and the toilets, showers, and wash areas are clean with no waiting times during high season. The staff are really friendly and helpful. 4 min drive to supermarkets, petrol station and retail parks. St.Ives 15min drive. Access to private beach requires few minutes drive from first pitch section - easy parking.

They should have better organisation regarding people booking pitches well in advance, and adult-only rows are needed. Children from other tents come and play in our pitch area just because, as a couple without children, we don’t take up the whole space.

Really nice site. Met by a really friendly man who directed us to where we might be able to get a spot with a sea view. We could have picked a pitch with the view but instead opted for very close to the toilets, which were really well kept, closer to the pool and closer to beach access.

The site is so close to the beach that the toilet floor got very sandy during the day (as expected) but it was always cleaned at least daily. The toilets themselves were kept well. Lots of toilets in the block so me etc had to wait. Only three showers where we stayed so we did have to queue once but the rest of the time we just showered around 4/5ish and we never had to wait or hold anyone up at this time.

The walk to the beach is fine downwards, but on the way back up you have to traverse the steep dune (hard work on sand!) but it wasn't too bad. The beach is lovely as well.

Others at the site were thoughtful. We weren't kept up by loud music or anything on any of the nights and the indoor pool was good.

Didn't use the entertainment so can't comment on that but lots to do around the area. We went to the seal sanctuary, a nearby beach with easier access down to it, and St Ives.

Would highly recommend this site.

Can't think of anything we disliked

Staff was very friendly, entertainment was good for all ages, starting from 5.30 for younger children and going up for ages through the night. Beaches are spectacular... The sunset from the bistro bar was truly amazing. So many places to drive to around you. MacDonalds, Lidl, B&M are all just a short drive down the hill with lots more shops on offer. Lovely holiday for ALL ages

The site was fabulous in terms of location, we loved the beach and being able to walk the dog on it every morning was wonderful.

Would have preferred to provide details and be allocated a particular appropriately sized pitch rather than choosing our own from what was available. However I appreciate that this enables flexible management and last minute bookings.

We LOVE the location. We come every summer for the easy walking distance to the beach. We LOVE the beach, clean soft sand & clear water. Wetsuits on we're in the sea everyday. Aldi is just down the road with their brilliant fresh bakery. Really decent pitch sizes in the touring area, easy to accommodate our twin axle. Staff in all areas are friendly and helpful. Love seeing all the wild rabbits hopping round the sand dunes.

Play grounds are limited and old. Shower blocks in the touring / camping area are often filthy on the floor. Group bookings in the camping area, are really noisy at night with no consideration for others. No wifi reception when in the touring / camping area.
