The facilities were good and cleaned by two young men who worked so hard.
If they were my boys I would be so proud of them as they didn’t stop working. Constantly cleaning the toilet, shower and kitchen facilities properly all the time.
A massive well done Finn and Jake.. I asked their names because they were amazing.

Beach - huge stretch, lovely turquoise waters, sand and shallow for boarding / surfing. Shore surf school lesson was brilliant. Shop had most of what you needed for emergencies. Pitches were good size and quite sheltered.

Cleanliness of shower block - it wasn’t clean although when we commented on overflowing sanitary bins etc they were remedied. Suggest a cleaning rota and leaving some squeegees for people to wipe out own shower might help.

Bit of a steep climb to beach - not great for anyone with poor mobility.

Lots to do on site, plenty for kids to do, right on the beach, peaceful, toilet / shower blocks so close by, never had to wait to use facilities. Really enjoyed our time

Where do I start !! st Ives bay holiday park we had booked for 10days after travelling nearly 400 miles we came away after day 8 this is the worse site I have ever stayed at shower blocks and toilets was absolutely filthy having to clean them yourself before you could shower or use the toilets mud all over the floors and side toilets full of excrement all over the toilet bowls I would not recommend this place to anyone.also tried to get in th the indoor pool but every time was told to come back tomorrow kids was very disappointed outdated amusement arcade thought we was in the 80’s no WiFi around the site with this I will never be visiting again

Showers/bathrooms aren’t the best, pretty basic

* Great location for shopping necessities and site seeing
* EHU available
* Site was clean
* Large pitches
* Hard pitches (bent the majority of our pegs trying to put them in the ground, recommend better pegs)
* Well lit in the evening
* Hot showers
* Washing up facilities available
* Drinking water taps located throughout the site
* Entertainment and arcades on site
* Toilets and sinks regularly cleaned
* Mini golf available and very cheap ( £2 per person )

* Extortionate prices at site shop and bars
* Shower drains blocked so all water, hair, fake eyelashes ran through all the cubicles. Floors in the toilets/showers never cleaned.
* Swimming pool slots only 45 minutes but was long enough because there is literally nothing to do in the pool. Minimal lockers, no separate changing space for males and females. 4 changing rooms available for all the individuals who booked at that time.
* Bit of a walk to the beach from the tent pitches at the bottom and an extremely steep and hard climb back up when returning
* Arcade only opened at 5.30pm
