Absolutely fantastic place would 100 percent recommend to any one! Clean, friendly, massive pitches!

How expensive the shops and food is but what do you expect 🤷‍♀️

The site was very accommodating with lots of fun for the children the bars and restaurant were brilliant will definitely be coming back! It’s in a great location to get to all of the towns (st Ives, perranporth and Newquay)

Access to the beach was easy getting down but getting back up the very steep sand dunes with young children was difficult 😞

great place. very close to the beach. shops on site so you can easily get things you need. on site also a beach bar you can eat sit and children play on the playground.

showers and toilets are unfortunately quite dirty for the amount of people, I think they should be looked after more often. the water in the shower was very hot so it was a big challenge for the children to take a shower. I think they should be mandatory in every bathroom floor squeegee. it happened a few times where there was no toilet paper in the toilet.

Proximity to the sea, friendly staff, clean environment, Hayle is lovely and very close to St Ives. Hot showers.

Food and drink available was very expensive; poorly staffed so had to clear and wipe the tables myself.

Absolutely incredible stay. Perfect pitch and clean toilet and showers. Small walk to the most amazing beach.

We booked the holiday as a last minute trip away and didn't really know what to expect, but this ended up being one of the best holidays we have taken as a family.

From the start the site is clean and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is second to none, the proximity to one of the best beaches we have visited was amazing. There is also a Lidl a short bike ride/ walk out of the site, so all meals were easy to come by.

The kids also loved the pool, which was always clean and well kept, and the arcade (take lots of 2p's!).

We will be making this a regular holiday destination.

Hayle beach was wonderful. Couldn’t get down to it though.

Diabolical disabled access, steep curbs on pavements which led to stairs forced me to wheelchair on the road. Camber on the roads was terrible with several hills making the electric wheelchair chug hard. Ramps not advertised, never worked out how to get into the Dynamite Club or playground next to it. Many others were complaining that folk were essentially stuck in their tents or vans. No disabled access to the beach at all.
Some main roads were gravelled so to get to the disabled shower and toilet you had to manage crossing grit. Potholes everywhere.
Prices in Sands Bistro which was like a transport cafe diabolical. Nisa on site charges to a captive audience.
You have to book swimming by the hour, but have to walk to the pool to book. It was a 15 minute walk from our pitch which made it awkward. Ladder access only into the water.
Cleanliness of the showers poor
Everything needed attention, no soap in the washbasins, end panels falling off, make do and mend repairs evident.
