The village playground is open 24hrs a day and this is available to members of the public FOC.
The 'football pitch' as you described it is actually the primary school field, therefore, whilst the school do allow members of the public to use the field out of school hours, it is not available for use during school hours. We do not advertise on our listing that their is a football pitch available.
The swimming pool has a website which is provided to all campers in their booking confirmation along with a guide on how to book the pool. The pool has a public session each day in the afternoon for members of the public. In the mornings the pool has private school swimming lessons and other private bookings.
I am sorry you felt this information wasn't made clear and we will take this in to consideration when we review our booking confirmation email.
