The campsite is family friendly and we have hundreds of families happily staying with us every season. We also have couples and working guests. The workmen you referred to had been staying on the site for the 4 weeks prior to your visit. They were very considerate campers and we had no complaints from any of the other bookings who had stayed since they arrived on the site at the beginning of April.
We are sorry if the site was not to your liking, but there was definitely room to pitch on grass. The campsite is exactly as advertised and the photographs and descriptions of the site are accurate.
