Gostou Piękne, zielone, spokojne miejsce - byliśmy na początku sierpnia i było luźno. Trochę przypadkiem wypadł nam tu nocleg po wizycie w Kopenhadze, ale widać, że warto celowo wybrać taką opcję - jedzie się w jedną stronę niecałą godzinkę, za to cena kempingu jest naprawdę dobra. W okolicy jest co robić i oglądać, obsługa bardzo miła, jak zresztą wszystko w Danii. Polecamy.

Thank you for your honest feedback, and I completely understand that a short overnight stop doesn't give the fairest picture of a place — though I'm glad the staff and facilities still made a good impression in that time.

That said, I want to address the cleanliness of the service house directly, because you're right to flag it. Hair, mould, and any unpleasant smell in the showers is not the standard we want for our guests, and I take that seriously. We've recently tightened our cleaning routines with more frequent checks throughout the day, specifically targeting showers, corners, and drains, and we're continuing to work on getting this fully back to where it should be.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us — it genuinely helps us improve. We'd love the chance to show you a cleaner impression on a longer stay sometime.

Gostou Julius was very friendly and accommodating. Check out time was sunset which meant we could explore frederiksvaerk for the morning. Great location; rural yet city centre.

Gostou Very helpful man on arrival, with finding a pitch.
The lady on reception was very pleasant.
It’s a beautiful, natural setting. But…

Não gostou The shower room ( mixed, but we knew that) only had three showers out of four open for the whole site. They are very old which isn’t a problem in itself, but nothing was clean.
The floors were grimy and other campers didn’t help by leaving things like razors, shampoo bottles and a huge amount of black hair in the shower, which was there for more than a day.
The benches, walls, pipe work , floor corners , and skirting boards, need deep cleaning!
The service point fresh water tap was so grubby it was sticky, the tap next to it had no label to show if it was drinking water or not … The grey water drain needed cleaning out so the water could then drain away properly.
The chemical toilet area needs a thorough clear/clean as it was overgrown with weeds. The tap needs cleaning and the hose needs cleaning or replacing and the sink needs a thorough clean.
We felt that site management were not checking facilities were being cleaned to a good standard.
The laundry room ( for campers use) was almost inaccessible for two days due to piles of bedding? on the sink work top and floor area.
This is a beautiful but not a cheap site. It could be massively improved with more effort to clean it up. Old and a bit tired can be ok if it’s clean. A few days work with some effort - and then keep on top of it.

The cleaning standard you describe is not what we want to offer, and we've already taken action. We have reviewed our entire cleaning routine: the shower room is now checked three times a day, with proper deep cleaning of floors, corners, benches, walls, skirting boards and pipework — not just a surface wipe. We're keeping a close eye on hair in the showers and on soap and paper being topped up throughout the day.

We're also cleaning up the service point and the chemical toilet area, sorting the fresh-water tap and labelling, and clearing the drain so it runs properly. And the laundry room will be kept clear and accessible at all times.

Your feedback has genuinely helped us pinpoint exactly where to put our effort, so thank you. "Old and a bit tired can be okay if it's clean" — that's a fair standard to hold us to, and it's exactly what we're working towards.

We'd love the chance to welcome you back and show you the difference.

Sauberkeit und ein gepflegter Zustand sind genau das, was wir unseren Gästen bieten möchten, und da sind wir aktuell nicht dort, wo wir sein wollen. Wir haben unsere Reinigungsroutinen in letzter Zeit deutlich verschärft, mit mehreren Kontrollen über den Tag verteilt, und arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, den Zustand zu verbessern.

Gostou - grande prairie arborée. Paisible et ombragée.
- présence de caravanes de vacanciers habitués. Donne une belle ambiance avec les lumières et les décorations (surtout les petites girafes :))
- la bonne humeur et la sympathie du personnel ainsi que l accueil chaleureux
- la propreté des sanitaires
- nous avions pris 4 nuits afin de rayonner dans la région : Kronborg, Frederiksborg, Copenhague, Roskilde… la plage à 10 min !
-> notre camping préféré sur ce road trip au Danemark !

Gostou Gentillesse du personnel, tous était parfait, services, emplacement, douches avec la pression qu'il fallait, proximité des commerces, je pense y repasser à mon retour de Norvège
