Gostou "This was my 3rd time here. The first two times last year were amazing: a quiet, peaceful place with clean toilets and proper sinks, about a 20-minute walk to the sea. Back then, the hosts seemed so sweet and kind. They gave us great tips about the local area and even told us that their own daughter lived close to my hometown, which is a 3.5-hour drive from the campsite. We felt a real connection and were so excited for the site to reopen this year. I brought my 70-year-old parents and my 10-year-old daughter, expecting another wonderful family trip. I booked 2 nights, but it turned into a massive disappointment.The hosts have become incredibly tense and argumentative. First, the owner came to lecture me about not lighting fires on the grass. I showed him that I was just using a small Tesco tripod BBQ grill, not making a campfire. He said OK, but came back half an hour later just to complain about something else. It completely ruined the mood. I am 40 years old, I don’t drink alcohol, and I paid for a peaceful holiday, not to be constantly lectured.The worst part happened around 11:30 PM. It was pitch black, and the toilet was about 50 meters away from my tent, so I took my daughter there with a flashlight. While waiting for me, she was holding the flashlight and probably playing with it a bit. As we were walking back to our tent to sleep, someone came running up from behind us in the dark with a dog, screaming at the top of his lungs: 'You will not shine light into other tents! You will not!' My daughter was absolutely terrified. I told him to calm down and explained that nobody was looking into tents.This completely ruined our vacation. The next morning, I decided to pack up and leave. We didn't even stay for the second night that we had already paid for, and we will never come back. To top it off, in the morning I apologized to the neighbors from those tents just in case, and they said they hadn’t seen or heard a thing. The hosts are being paranoid and aggressive, destroying the reputation of what used to be a great place."

Do gerente: Okay.
A little context, I thought the fire was on the ground and out of control and you showed me it was 3" off with a metal tray under it. I then went and got you a stone slab to put under it.
The light was another matter, you walked around vans and tents on the way to the toilet shinning through the windows at 11.30. Then when I came down the powerful light got flashed in my eyes.
I was firm but not aggressive. WE ARE HAVING WILD FIRES everywhere in the Wales and UK.
I would have thought a 40 year old would have more common sense

Gostou The spaciousness so that campers could have a lot of space between them and enough to spread out in their own pitch. Plenty of flat areas to pitch. Close to the beach and Borth, as well as many areas of interest within driving distance. The great position allows for some decent walks. The owners are very friendly and helpful, keeping the onsite toilets clean and serviced.

Não gostou There is some noise from trains but not enough to destroy the peace and quiet of the site.

Gostou Friendly hosts, very welcoming. As a female solo camper, this is very reassuring and ensures a feeling of safety. Also welcoming to my dog 🥰
Beautiful views from wherever you decide to pitch or park. So peaceful too.
Immaculately clean toilets.
Lovely direct walk to the dunes and dog friendly end of the beach.
This place will be my go to next time I am in the area!!
Borth was a treat too, to pick up food on the way through for the evening.

Do gerente: My wife is never rude except when people are really stupid.
You paid for one night and then stopped another.? Why if so bad???,
Please don't come again as you also upset outer campers.
