Gostou We all loved our stay so much that we've already booked up again. It's a lovely welcoming site with great facilities, very clean wash rooms and even an onsite library, which was a charming touch. Kevin was very helpful and informative and we can't wait to enjoy our next visit. PS the coffee is great in the cafe and food outstanding. Terry Fran and family.

Gostou Location, Sandwich is a nice town.
Shower Block was clean and warm.
Fishing Lakes are very scenic.
On site cafe served a good breakfast.

Não gostou Hardstanding pitches are small, 7m single axle caravan extended on to the grass area.

Gostou Nice park, well kept. Friendly staff. Amazing WiFi all around the park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay we booked an extra night.

Não gostou Do not accommodate tents as we would have loved to bring our family in the summer.

Gostou On site cafe, walks and off lead area for dogs.

Não gostou Very over priced, especially as a solo traveller! Hard standing pitches need attention, there are 3 CL pitches nearer to the cafe which looks like a better option (if you are a member of CMC) Toilet shower facilities had a terrible smell of bad drains and water in shower only Luke warm.

We have also checked the water temperature and can confirm that it is set to the appropriate level.
Regarding pricing, we understand your concerns; however, our rates have increased with inflation and rising operating costs.

Gostou The waterside cafe was airy with brilliant staff and excellent food.
The dog area was great as my dog not got any recall.
Showers and toilets are warm

Não gostou Narrow pitches with access to them muddy but as in motorhome not too much of a nuisance

Gostou The setting is great , the dog run area and the cafe, facilities are ok but improvements could be made .

Não gostou On arriving we had booked grass pitch but weather had been very wet and said for us to use hard standing and was then expected to pay the upgrade although we can’t control
The weather ??

Shower toilet block looked a little sad as on a previous visit there we flowers and it looked spotless, the hooks in shower cubicles were rusty to hang your towel
On etc , could do with some mats down to wipe feet to stop so much mud walking in , and may be a mop bucket left for people to clean their area after use ?

Gostou Lovely site so relaxing and friendly

Não gostou Toilet disposal point awful it’s disgusting and needs something done to it.
Toilets had no heating on.
