Gostou: Peaceful location, we were so shocked how amazing shower was as this was our first test trip in our motorhome .

Gostou: Bar on site, farm shop selling wonderful products, friendly locals and people that live and work there, hot outdoor shower, no one bothers you.

Não gostou: Portaloo, scenery used to be beautiful but now they’ve cut down the apple trees, sink has tap next to it as opposed to in it

Gostou: Brewery on site selling very reasonable price beer, £9.20 for 2 pints (although beer was very average). Porta loo and shower. Really nice Thai food van was on site while we were there.

Não gostou: Campsite was being used as a carpark (see pictures). No one greeted us and we saw no one throughout our stay so we had no idea where any local dog walks were. There was an event on while we were there of probably about 200 people which got louder as the night went on, something to be aware of if you're expecting a quiet peaceful break. Although it was very peaceful once the event finished.

Do gerente: Hi Russell, Thanks for choosing Loddington Farm for your trip. For 2024 we have expanded the camping field so that you can pitch up further away from the brewery and car park. The brewery does have events on at times throughout the year which can lead to a dramatic increase in visitors to the farm so its always worth checking in advance. Your confirmation email would have advised that there is no reception upon arrival but for future reference the 'greensand way footpath' runs right through the farm and starts just a few minutes walk down the lane from the camping field. Last year was our first foray into offering the farm for camping so your feedback is much appreciated for us to improve our offering for the years ahead. Thanks

Gostou: What a beautiful site, with outstanding views and friendly staff - they couldn’t have been nicer! Plenty of toilets, fresh water and shower facilities. We very much enjoyed the farm shop and stocked up on the local produce. On arrival, we were told there would be music in the evening, bonus! And on our Sunday stay, there was a local charity event, which we enjoyed immensely, even joining in with the tug of war competition, the locals couldn’t have been friendly either! An excellent camp site, we shall be returning again, thanks to all who made our stay the best trip of our summer holidays!

Gostou: Camping was great here, the pitch up area was so clean and tidy. All the facilities were perfect and kept clean throughout the night and next morning. The event held was also an added bonus and we loved it! Would highly recommend
