Gostou This is the second time I have stayed on this camp and absolutely love it , really clean staff are lovely so much to do for the children on site and bonus the bus is just at the start of camp.
But this time I would like to say a big thankyou to all the site staff while we was there this weekend my dad had a severe heart attack and the staff went above and beyond to help.

Gostou Swimming and Bowling super for grandkids

Não gostou 1. No inside area where dogs were allowed so eating and drinking outside, regardless of heaters, not comfortable with 7-8 year olds.
2. Wi-Fi intermittent at best, unable to connect regularly!
3. No allocated pitch meant although we found a pitch eventually feel rather we missed out on a hard standing where no separation from our neighbours unlike others where some grass and bush separation was available?

We’re sorry, however, that some aspects of your stay were disappointing. We completely understand your comments regarding the lack of an indoor dog-friendly area, particularly when visiting with young children. Having to eat and drink outside, even with the heaters, isn’t always comfortable depending on the weather, and we appreciate your frustration.

We’re also sorry to hear about the intermittent Wi-Fi. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to connect reliably, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Regarding the pitches, we understand your concerns about not having an allocated pitch and feeling that you may have missed out on a more suitable hardstanding pitch with better separation from neighbouring pitches. Our pitch arrangements can mean that availability varies on arrival, but we appreciate how important the pitch location and layout can be, particularly for families wanting a little more space and privacy.

Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will be taken on board as we continue to look at ways of improving our guests’ experience. We hope that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your time with us and that we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back again in the future.

Gostou Absolutely loved the luxury pod with bunk beds, location, swimming pool, and playground. All the staffs at the reception were very friendly too.

Não gostou None, but I thought it would be more helpful if there were more information about what’s included in the pod. For example, the kitchen was great, but there were no hubs, so we brought a gas stove (so glad we checked beforehand). There were plates, cutlery and cups, but no pots, frying pans or utilities.

Gostou The site was good there was a lot going on for kids. The food was worth the wait the place was full . There were some good walks at the top of the site. The staff were helpful .
