Ash Keys Caravan Park is a family-friendly site in a quiet corner of a family-run 165-acre farm. This peaceful spot is at the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, half a mile from the teeny hamlet of Eshton and five minutes’ drive from more extensive amenities (pubs, takeaways and small supermarkets) in Gargrave. This is a most handy spot to settle in for outdoor activities: you can take walks or bike rides directly from the park, join nearby major trails like the Pennine Way (three quarters of a mile from the park), Way of the Roses and National Cycle Network Route 68. The fab attractions around Malham (Malham Cove, Janet’s Foss and Gordale Scar) are about a 15-minute drive away. The well-kept pitches here all have electricity and water hookups, plus access to a shared toilet block, Elsan point and recycling facilities. Dogs are welcome on site, and have been give their own dedicated exercise area where they can have a good run about. Barbecues are also permitted, and perhaps at their finest when graced with good food from one of the two excellent farm shops within a 10-minute drive.

Gostou Good sized pitches, well spaced out. Level even though some vans seemed to use levellers. Good space for the dog to run free. Really felt in the middle of nowhere.

Gostou Lovely quiet site, pitches well enough away from each other.
Nice open grounds and well maintained.

Não gostou Would benefit from better toilet facilities. But for the price we enjoyed our stay.

Gostou What a beautiful sites I was a bit worried when there was reviews about the toilets , saying they wasn't enough and the showers were far away. They wernt , take your towel and your stuff a little stroll and wait no harm.. patience is key.. 2 little toilets in sheds but immaculate, dog shower , dishes cabin , enclosed dog field for the pooches to run , and choose your own space amazing. Electric water supply wi fi and ariel , and the owners have done an amazing welcome pack with everything you could think of to do . What's not to likee this place is a gem .. we went to janets foss where the water falls were and done a little hike beautiful scenery .
Loved seeing the little rabbits running about in the morning and bearing the sheep . We had a lovely time will be back again.

Gostou Ash Keys is a well managed site with clean facilities. All the pitches are spacious and have water and EHU. The toilets and washing up facilities in sheds worked really well and were a novel idea.

We enjoyed two quiet, relaxing nights at Ash Keys and it was well located for Malham Cove, Pendle Hill and Skipton. Thank you

Gostou Stayed here 3 years ago.
Everything is the same.
Peaceful. Large fully serviced pitches.
A great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales from.
The information hut has printed out walking routes but you can walk from the site down the quiet scenic lane.
You wouldn't know you were on a working farm as its so clean and quiet.

Gostou Everything! Pitches r more than generous. Site well maintained. Toilets and showers r clean. On reading other reviews some have said showers are too far away. Yes, they r a short walk but we all need to leave our accommodation to shower. Enjoy the walk. Take in the STUNNING scenery. Watch the rabbits hopping around, have a chat.
Dog exercise field is a great bonus. U can see the field from most areas of the site so u can plan your walk if u want the field to yourself. 2 benches to sit and take in the scenery. Lots of bins provided. The welcome pack was the best we have ever had. Very informative. Thank u.
If u like walking, there r so many places to visit. We have a list of things to do upon our return.
This site has been added to our favourites and we hope to return next year.

If you’re not planning lengthy rambles on the long-distance paths, set forth for some of the local highlights instead. Get going in Gargrave (five minutes’ drive) with a waterside walk by the Leeds-Liverpool Canal, then see cascades in action at Linton Falls (20 minutes). Make time for Malham too: a 15-minute drive gets you over to this fab village and its trio of top sights (Malham Cove, Janet’s Foss and Gordale Scar). After that, take an uphill challenge on the mountain paths of Pen-y-Ghent (35 minutes) or head underground to see what’s in store at Ingleborough Cave (40 minutes). Other ways to get about? Perhaps with a day of horse riding from Kilnsey or a rather more laidback trip on the Settle-Carlisle Railway – both are about 20 minutes’ drive away. And if you’ve got tiddlers who’d benefit from staying in one place for a while, there’s plenty to keep them amused among the animals, tractor tours and play areas of Hesketh Farm Park (20 minutes).
