North View Lodges

Gostou The setting was lovely and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. TV and Wi-Fi worked. Great shower.

Não gostou Terrace door didn’t lock properly, as a sole female traveler I felt unsafe at night.
Could have done with kitchen roll and cling film in the kitchen, but everything else I needed was available.
Lack of any reception area; I was dropped off by taxi at the entrance and had no clue what to do. A maintenance man kindly showed me to my lodge after I had walked around a bit with all my luggage. A clearer instruction on booking would have been appreciated.

Apologies for forgetting to send an email with instructions on what to do on arrival. We are a very small site so don't actually have a reception here as we grow it is something we will look at doing. We would have been more than happy to have looked at the front doors and sorted the issue out. Actually there is a Guest book in each Lodge with telephone numbers to call if there was any issues with the lodge and our maintenance man would have corrected it. I'm sorry that you didn't feel safe being on your own.

Gostou Lovely lodge, partner had a good time fishing while I relaxed. Lodge had everything we needed, bed was comfy and all the kitchen items you could need. Plenty of space, we will be back soon!

Gostou Fantastic facilities, spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, wonderful peaceful surroundings and 3 smashing fishing lakes.
The people and staff we met were friendly and welcoming.

Gostou Absolutely amazing place. It has everything you could possibly need. Extremely clean, homely, amazing views. Fishing was so much fun with lots of fish. Host was extremely attentive and lovely. We absolutely loved our stay and it was sad to leave. We got an email with detailed explanation how to get there prior to our stay+ it has a nice welcome book with all the information you need. It is even more amazing than in the pictures. Bed so comfortable. It is a peaceful beautiful location. I recommend this place 100% and hoping to return soon. Everyone we came

Gostou The whole experience at north view lodges was absolutely fantastic, the accommodation was exceptionally clean, tidy and about twice the size I was expecting. The private parking was immaculately maintained as was were the grounds in general. I personally enjoy fishing and this place was the best lake I've ever fished,it's the first time in quite a while (and I go for weekends away very often)that i was genuinely saddened to be going home but hopefully I will be returning in the next few weeks, all in all a superb place to stay.

Não gostou Not so much a dislike,but with my phone I couldn't get a mobile Internet connection (not actually a bad thing, more time to fish)

Gostou Claire made us feel welcome and was already in contact weeks before booking for the little touches for my partner 60th birthday thank you for the bottle and card it was a lovely touch
Place was spotless and tidy and warm
And the morning sunrise was spectacular
Fishing
For January hubby pulled 3 carp out I pulled out a carp bream rudd and roach skimmer good days fishing
Apologies regarding all the mud did try to keep it out as much as possible I was looking for boot brush
Kim the dog loved it everyone was welcome
Hope to pop back in spring
