What customers say
Cabins praised for spotless state, top gear, and ample room. Guests loved the tranquil, scenic setting. Fishing's a huge plus, with heaps of reports on solid catches and big ones. Claire and Graham are legend for their genuine helpfulness. A few whinges about BBQ cleanliness and single bed size. Management's on it, with talk of a play area and cafe.

Lovely family break away again with plenty of good fishing!
Mallard 2 bedroom lodge (pet friendly)
Liked Lodges small but had everything we needed for a 3night break. We had bivvys too for late night fishing.
Good value for money too!
There is Local small Morrisons close by and a big Tesco in spalding if you need to stock up.
Lots of large fish in the pleasure lake. Graham was extremely friendly and helpful with great tips for fishing. We caught lots of decent sized carp this time. The weather helped but it’s a lovely place to fish and we will be sure to return for a 3rd time soon 😊

Will stay again, but we will visit in the cooler months
Mallard 2 bedroom lodge (pet friendly)
Liked This was our second visit and we love the accommodation, beautiful and clean and spacious
Disliked Too hot-not the owners fault but AC would make this near perfect. We really struggled in the heatwave this week so we cut our short break one night short.
The second bedroom is also only suitable for small people.

The perfect balance of Luxury and Fishing
Heron 2 bedroom lodge (no pets)
Liked * The Lodge was clean, warm and well presented adding a very nice above standard toutch of both comfort and luxury.
* The lakes are well maintained, look beautiful with some very helth looking fish.
*The owners are lovely and very relaxed, giving us a warm welcome and making everything perfect to help us wind down for the start of our mini brake.
* WI-FI is starlink from the looks of it and works well.
*I have to say that the balif Graham is an absolute LEGEND, he is very friendly and helpful, spending time with us to give us some helpful hints and tips to improve our catch ratio - he clearly has a lot of love for his job and it shows.
Disliked Having to go home after. But we will be booking on again.

As soon as have chance we will be re-doing the sealant in the shower so it's definitely on our to-do list.
A superb place with friendly staff
Woodpecker 1 bedroom lodge (four person, no pets)
Liked This was my second stay at the Lodge but about my sixth time here since Easter, I absolutely love this site, the Lodge is exceptionally clean and tidy, extremely spacious and your own private parking space, the fishing here for me is out of this world, the fish are way bigger than most other fisheries and that's just on the pleasure lake, I can't imagine how it may be on the specimen lake (maybe next time),the gentleman who comes around for your fishing fee's is a lovely man, has all the time in the world for you and never stops smiling and laughing, all in all a great (clean and tidy)place to fish and relax within beautiful surroundings
Disliked My only dislike is that I don't live nearer so I could go more often

Hopefully see you again soon. I'll make sure Graham(the laughing bailiff) knows that he's appreciated. He is a real asset to us . Kind regards Claire
Highly recommend, peaceful setting.
