The beautiful gestures of cake on arrival, teddy keying for the children, and fresh water in an ice box! 💚

The showers were exceptionally clean, and hot too 😍.

Toilets were clean too and the lovely owner was there in the morning cleaning away, and very polite and chatty.

The location was perfect, we went out and did activities int he day and then chilled in the evening, there was lots of open space to play outdoor games with our little girl. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely come again 😍😍😍

Gostou Loved the small touches, things like dog treats, cookies and a keyring. So thoughtful.

Não gostou Its difficult as the Yurt is lovely however there are some practical things missing.
The first is that you are next to a main country road, people speeding during the night ruined the vibe. It would be safer if the yurts were at the other side of the field.
Its dog friendly however I would reccomend a fence or some sort of safety for dogs when staying in the yurts with the dangerous road very close by.
The lights in the yurts were lovely but not practical.

Another thing was there were no shelves in the shower to put your belongings on.

The sink also isn't practical to wash up dishes if needed. Great idea but no practical

When your sleeping, your head is pretty much next to the road.

Do gerente: We are sorry our campsite did not live up to your exacting standards. However we feel what we offer is of exceptional quality and value compared to other accommodation options within the area.

I will look into adding a shelf to each shower in addition to the hook that is already there for guests to hang their belongings on.

The lighting in the yurt is personal preference however they are a great off grid option.

As for the location of the yurts, they are placed as to not have an impact on the grass that is farmed in order to feed the animals during winter.

Unfortunately we are not in control of the speed limit on a country road. And sleeping under canvas it is investable you will hear outside noise.

Gostou Campsite was great! Good location, facilitates were clean and we all had a great time. Will definitely return and recommend to other, thanks!

Gostou Lovely brand new site with clean, eco-friendly toilets and showers. Great to have the choice of either hard standing or any spot in the large field. Friendly owner who is working hard to give guests a lovely holiday experience. Quiet location with lovely views, easy access from nearby towns. Detailed and accurate directions given by owner. Good contact from owner after booking online.

Gostou Site was well looked after, shower and toilets were clean and stocked with essentials. Owner was very helpful and happy to accommodate requests. Will be staying again!

Gostou We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we had no issues at all, We arrived later in the evening however everything was still so easy as we had been contacted before. Kathy was lovely and great communication with us. All facilities were so clean more than you would expect on a campsite, The shower was lovely and warm and the bell tent was Brilliant. From the beds being so comfy to the little added things like cookies on arrival and even some water ready in the cool box for us, the small things that don't go un noticed, There was nothing I could think to complain about this site I would highly recommend to anyone. such a beautiful area too would love to visit again and for more nights than we did !

Gostou We had a wonderful stay at Clover Meadow. Lovely spacious site with a relaxed feel. Our 7 year old enjoyed running around the field and using the showers in the evening. Facilities were clean and well equipped with loo roll and shampoo. The showers were lovely and warm. The pitch was level for our touring caravan. Great location in the peaks with walks and towns all in close proximity. Great communication with owners and the site was very easy to find. 5 stars. Would absolutely recommend and will be returning!

Gostou Great communication and clear instructions for a last minute one night stopover.
Basic but brand new facilities - shower was hot and powerful and everything very clean.
Slight slope on site but found a level spot no problem.
Quiet and good location.
