Whether you're looking for a long stay, a weekend break or an overnight visit, The Firs Caravan Club Site offers level pitching and a charming rural atmosphere. A pleasant half mile walk from the caravan site will lead you to the welcoming local village pub where you can relax with a pint and a hearty meal. For steam enthusiasts, The Midland Railway Centre at Butterley is not to be missed. Other nearby places of interest includes the historic town of Belper and pretty village of Matlock Bath.

Please only use these recommended directions for the final approach and not SatNav, due to unsuitable roads for towing. From North: leave the M1 at junction 28 onto A38 dual carriageway (signposted Derby). In 5.75 miles turn onto A610 (signposted Ambergate); in about 3 miles at T-junction turn left onto A6 (signposted Belper). Within 3 miles at roundabout (adjacent to Morrison's) turn and return onto A6 (signposted Matlock); in about 1 mile turn right into Broadholme Lane (signposted Nether Heage); in about 1 mile at T-junction turn left into Crich Lane. The site is on the left in 500 yards. From South: leave M1 at junction 24 onto A50. In about 11 miles turn onto A38 (signposted Derby); in about 5 miles turn left onto A6 (signposted Matlock); past Belper fork right off the A6 about 0.75 mile past A517 junction into Broadholme Lane (signposted Nether Heage) then as above.
