We’re sorry that our facilities weren’t what you expected. We are a small rural pub campsite and our toilet and shower facilities are fairly simple, but we do work hard to ensure they are clean and well maintained, so we were disappointed to see the low cleanliness score. We’re also sorry that you found the food forgettable. We pride ourselves on serving homemade pub food and generally receive very positive feedback, but of course we appreciate that everyone’s experience and tastes can differ.
