Niepolubione Road noise, but we still had a good nights sleep. However, for the cost of the pitch I can’t really complain about anything.

Niepolubione To be described as a Country Park is misleading. There is one field you can walk around and that's suggested as a dog walk. The facilities were sub standard. Very small games room with old furniture and generally a tired feel. There is one shower and a toilet at the other end of the games room (not sure why a shower is in a games room). There is another shower but that's at the front of the site walking through many holiday homes. The wash room stank of mold and looking inside the washing machine you can see why (pictures supplied). Very unfriendly staff when the tumble dryer wouldn't work for me, called a member of staff who arrived very promptly, when asked how he go it to work, he said "I turned it on". I am not stupid I had tried turning it on before calling him! The "Country Park" is surrounded by several housing estates, which is not what a Country park conjures up in my mind. We have been to many great sites for less money and described correctly.

Regarding the layout of the park, it is important to clarify that Newbridge Country Park is not surrounded by several residential housing areas, we are located beside a quiet residential street, with the next nearest housing areas over half a mile away and separated by open fields. Many guests choose our site specifically for the open space, countryside views from the touring area, riverside setting, and peaceful atmosphere. As you noted yourself, the site was peaceful during your stay. This is reflected in our large number of repeat bookings and the consistently positive reviews highlighting both the tranquillity and the quality of our facilities. With regard to the shower facilities, the shower room off the games room is a spacious, private en suite-style area. Additional showers are located a short walk from the touring area, next reception, through a very spacious landscaped area. Unlike many holiday parks, we do not overcrowd the site with tightly packed units, and many guests appreciate the generous spacing which doesn’t give you feeling of not being intrusive. Our games room—with a free pool table, football table, comfortable new seating, and TV—is regularly praised by guests and considered a valuable addition to the park. We also note your comment regarding a member of staff. While the issue was resolved promptly by the member of staff, we will still review the interaction to ensure our service remains consistently professional. It's very unusual though as we are regularly praised for our helpful and friendly team. Thank you again for your feedback. We continually work to improve our site.
