Polubione Great location, rustic yet offering all the necessary amenities to have a comfortable stay. Located on a beautiful mountainside in a forested setting, you are part of the natural environment surrounding you, undisturbed by others or the usual mayhem of daily life. I was booked to stay on a campsite- of which there are only a few on site, however upon seeing the cabin was available, and and very reasonably priced, stayed there Instead - perched on a hillside, that was very comfortable with running water, electric and gas provided. Only need to bring food and personal items as there is drinking water on site a short walk away. There is a solar shower and composting toilet in keeping with their eco-minded environment. The hosts Max & Elise were great and very accommodating, although out of sight unless called, responded immediately to any request. Plenty to explore nearby with local hiking, swimming and all types of outdoor activities a short car ride away, there is a small town with a shop only 15 minutes down the main road by car.
