Polubione Owner and staff friendly

Niepolubione WiFi poor and no draft beer

Polecane znajomym Odwiedź ponownie

Od administratora: Hi sorry about the lack of internet, you may not be aware that a WiFi system requires internet to function and Orange France obviously had a problem so while my WiFi system works perfectly it does need internet Draft beer, I apologise for a small campsite in a large forest in rural France not having draft beer during the low season but I believe Blackpool and Benidorm are well supplied so perhaps they would be good destinations for you to consider Good luck with the beer hunt!

Polubione Proximity to town

Niepolubione Plenty of mosquitoes in mens wash room , wifi was extra and didnt work properly also had to login all time

Polecane znajomym Odwiedź ponownie

Od administratora: Hello John, We’re glad that you appreciated the proximity to the town. As the campsite is located in a natural environment, the presence of mosquitoes can increase at certain times of the year, although we carry out regular treatments to keep them under control. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience with the Wi-Fi and have taken note of your comment so we can look into it. Elizabeth

Polubione WiFi good proximity to toilets

Niepolubione Distance to village

Od administratora: Hi John, Thank you for your lovely review and for highlighting what you enjoyed about your stay — we’re really pleased to hear the pitch size, location, and easy access worked well for you. We appreciate your feedback on a few points as well. The dishwashing water can feel a little cooler during peak usage times, though it is regularly monitored — we’ll continue to keep an eye on this to ensure it’s as comfortable as possible for guests. Our complimentary campsite WiFi is new for this season and is designed for general browsing, messaging and light use, and we do offer a premium upgrade for streaming, which is outlined in the welcome information pack — we’ll look into how to make this clearer to guests joining us for their stay. In terms of pricing, we aim to offer a range of options across our bar, restaurant, and café to suit different preferences and price ranges, but we understand everyone’s expectations can vary. Thanks again for your helpful and balanced feedback — it’s great to hear you’d recommend us and we hope to welcome you back again soon. Best wishes, Box End Park

Polubione Near to facilities and toilets first class

Niepolubione Quite a long wait to checkin .needed adapter for electricity, and nothing appeared open on park

Polecane znajomym Odwiedź ponownie

Od administratora: Hello John. Thank you for your comment. We're glad to hear you appreciated the proximity to the facilities and the quality of the bathrooms. We’re sorry about the wait during check-in and the lack of information regarding the adapter. It’s also true that, being close to the end of the season, some services are no longer operational, and we understand this may have been inconvenient. Thank you for your visit and for helping us continue to improve. Best regards, Elizabeth ;)

Polubione Toilets well looked after

Niepolubione Wifi which cost4 euros per day was patchy

Polecane znajomym Odwiedź ponownie

Od administratora: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to point out that the price of Wi-Fi is discounted based on the amount of time purchased from the provider. In addition, for purchases of 24 hours or more, it can be used on two devices. Wifi is also free on the snack bar terrace. We look forward to welcoming you back :)
