Polubione Lovely to have a sheltered picnic table but then... see below. small fenced dog area, good for our small dogs. Nice Large pitches. Cheerful helpful staff. Take away delivery (off site chip shop) roast chicken yummy, salad plentiful red cabbage tasted old, chicken burger didnt seem like chicken at all. Didnt try cafe or its take away due to limited menu (maybe could do different food to the take away delivery ) and not open when we wanted to not cook on our first night after long drive. Showers lovely push button nice decor kind of homely feel. Excellent wifi.

Niepolubione Food onsite only half of the week, reception sold a few essentials but no real shop. Gravel everywhere not disabled friendly, very difficult and painful to use any wheeled aid . Got stuck and had to be rescued twice which gave us a giggle . Shelter above picnic table leaked badly so table and bench soaked even after some sun didnt dry out Such a lovely idea but needs maintenance. Showers push button go cold each time before warming up brrr.

We’re also glad to hear that you enjoyed the roast chicken! We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay weren’t quite what you had hoped for, particularly around the food options and accessibility. Just to clarify, we don’t offer food onsite every night. Our onsite food service is available from Wednesday through to Saturday. On the other days, we recommend Manor Road Fish Bar in the village, who offer a takeaway delivery service to the site. The use of this service is entirely down to the customer’s choice, and unfortunately we have no control over the quality of the food supplied by an independent business. There are also two village pubs nearby which offer our guests a 10% discount on food. We do apologise that our onsite food wasn’t available as frequently as you would have liked. With regard to the onsite shop, we deliberately keep this to essential items as the large village Co-op is approximately a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away, so we’re fortunate to have a well-stocked shop very close by. We’re sorry to hear that you had such a difficult time with the gravel roadways. We appreciate that these can be particularly challenging for guests using wheelchairs or other wheeled aids, especially where the wheelchair has smaller, thinner tyres designed primarily for tarmac or pathways. We’re glad you were able to see the funny side of being rescued twice. We’re also sorry about the leak in the picnic hut. Please do let us know about issues like this during your stay, as we have a maintenance team onsite who can investigate and rectify problems. Had we known, we would have been very happy to get this looked at for you. Thank you again for your feedback. Polubione Beautiful wooded site, great for older kids. Best part is the tent area really lovely amongst trees. Lovely hot showers Pitches for motorhomes had high hedges which was nice, but the pods look straight into the plot opposite.

Niepolubione UNSUITABLE FOR ANYTHING WITH WHEELS !! Due to deep gravel paths/ stones my mum had huge difficulty with her rolator , not suitable for wheelchairs / buggies either Paths and tracks need tarmac / paving / concrete, and pot holes filled in. Needs another toilet and shower block not enough facilities for the no. of pitches, we mostly used toilets in the beach car park .Disabled toilet needs radar key, we didnt bother as there are 2 in beach car park. The pub is TOO EXPENSIVE we would normally eat out more than we did COCKTAILS SMALL CANS £10 each !!! , meals £16- 18 puds £8-9. See pics for current menu. Didnt use take away option. No entertainment until summer season. NO WIFI AT PITCH ONLY AT RESTAURANT AND GRASSED AREA OPPOSITE.

Niepolubione That you had to book dog field with a separate business. Tried to use dog field when someone was in there, they refused to let us in presumably you have to pay for the 50 min slot !! Recipe for bad feeling, never come across this idea before, could put a padlock and give out the code when booking in ?

Polubione Lovely little lakes with waterfall and fountains, big outdoor play area.

Niepolubione No enclosed dog walking to let them off the lead. Not enough facilities for the large no. of pitches i would imagine queueing in summer if site is full. No separate disabled shower room., But there is a separate mum n baby room. Bar only open fri and sat main season, otherwise you can get snacks only from health club or v. Small shop area in reception. Health club and pool is members only and not open to us motorhomers / campers feel this should have a different name to the site as its totally seperate but same name gives wrong impression.

Niepolubione First super pitch offered was horrible, unsuitable for our dogs as it had a mesh covering they would catch claws in ( see pic) we asked to change and were asked abruptly "why" no sorry to hear that. lots of upkeep needed bricks missing from walls by toilet block, door handle missing from back door to toilets looked tatty and run down. No wifi, no explanation despite site description has it ticked, Wont be back.

Polubione Totally solar powered!! Pitch next to dog walking was nice even had poo bag dispenser ! Toilet nearest to us was very clean and roomy with a good strong clip outside for tethering dogs . Dog and children friendly. Pool lovely temp just warm , jacuzzi like a bath sooo relaxing!! ( no under 5's ) had a petanque / boules / table tennis area . One electric car charging point, welly wash, bike wash , dog spa is amazing with shampoo and a ramp . Shop is small sells basics , fresh baked goods need 24 hr notice . Loved this site well maintained and clean throughout.

Polubione Pool was lovely, not too packed with children at weekends due to booking system, off peak last week pool was perfect and warm from solar panels with back up system. All facilities clean and easy to use. Little shop for treats and some basics Food in cafe was exceptional, beautifully presented, need to cook burgers slower as they were very dark outside but perfect inside , nice choice of food. Good salad mix. Friendly site. we visited the monkey forest trentham 1 hrs drive away arranged to feed them breakfast booked when slots available in november to visit in may fabulous experience they had babies and young which were entertaining and so very cute !! Our tower for electric and water was cracked and leaking we forgot to tell them .it was like that when we arrived . There is a grass area for football and a tennis court, the dog walking area is perfect with poo bin and welly wash area. Wildlife in abundance especially canada geese , ducks etc due to fishing lake.

Niepolubione Needed to ring to get gate opened when we needed to leave at 8am for monkey experience but they were happy to oblige.wifi slow and kept cutting off .
