Polubione Showers were clean

Niepolubione Pitch was awful, extremely uneven, muddy. Whatcthey dont tell you is that the shop, bar and pool are all
closed on Wesnesdays.
Not worth the money they charge ( over £30 for 1 night with no electric)

Regarding the shop, bar, and pool being closed on Wednesdays, we understand this may have come as a disappointment. While this is stated in our booking and welcome information, it’s clear we need to make it even more visible, and we’ll work on that.

That said, we truly appreciate you mentioning that the showers were clean — it’s always encouraging for the team to know when their efforts are noticed.

Polubione Location very good in terms of visiting San Sebastián.

Polubione Easy to get about as there was a frequent bus to city centre. The services on site were exceptional and restaurant was good. Views spectacular from site.

Polubione Reception staff very helpful. Great bus connection to San Sebastian every 20 minutes and low cost. Plenty of toilets and showers.

Niepolubione Bar/restaurant staff, didn't seem to care. Pitches felt quite claustrophobic despite being upgraded to a premium pitch.

Polubione New shower blocks near our pitch. Regular and reliable bus service right outside.

Niepolubione Not a dislike but a comment…. Very steep so campers need to be aware of that.

Polubione Was nice place

Niepolubione When I got there , I was told my van was to big for the site , and given another one that had another van on it , told them they said did I ask them to leave , than told to walk around and find one , only to have my original one that my van fitted on.
Than late that night another group people knocked on my door , to say I had there spot , I think the ye need to get there booking right
