Polubione Great helpful staff, very clean camp site and local village. Nothing not to like about this camp site easy access from national roads, and not far from La Man's city and race circuit. Snack bar available with great pizzas and other stuff, beer, and wines. Well run site defo would return.

Polubione Pool and snack bar and games room staff was friendly.

Niepolubione The camp. Seemed over stretched and large group of teens sadly made my stay u confortable. They was loud after 10pm running round the place just careless as teen are.

Niepolubione no bin in toilet so a bit messy but overall great place. was a bit busy when we went and more of a short stop off place than to stay a while

Regarding the absence of a bin in the toilets, this seems unusual as each toilet cabin is normally equipped with a bin. We perform a full cleaning of the toilets every day, and if necessary, we do a second cleaning to ensure they remain spotless. We will check this to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Indeed, there can be busy periods, and our campsite is often favored for short stays, but we still hope to welcome you back for a longer visit if you wish!

Regarding the size of the pitch, please note that sizes vary greatly to meet the different needs of our guests.
The noise you mentioned was caused by a large group staying on the campsite that evening, as well as external celebrations related to July 14th, which is a national holiday. Patrols are carried out in the evenings to minimize these disturbances as much as possible.

Regarding the absence of toilet seats in the ladies’ toilets, this is actually normal for this type of facility. However, please note that the accessible toilets (for persons with reduced mobility), which are open to everyone, do have toilet seats. We remain attentive to any other remarks and will check the condition of our facilities.

Polubione Alright for one night

Niepolubione No electricity on the pitch when we paid for it , so didn’t us any electric but still charged for it.

As previously mentioned by email, our snack bar was still open at the time of your arrival. You spoke with my colleague about your pitch and other information, but at no point did you mention that you were unable to locate the electrical hook-up.

A phone number is also displayed on the campsite information board for any questions or emergencies, but you did not contact us.

The next morning, the reception opened at 8:30 a.m., and you did not come to inform us of the issue. It was only after your departure that we received an email explaining that you hadn’t found the electricity and that you were requesting a refund.

However, any complaint must be made while on site. Since no issue was reported during your stay, we have no way of verifying whether or not the electricity was used.
