Polubione Good toilet and pot washing facilities although maybe not enough. Flat pitch with plenty of room for me with a small tent. Some though with large tents looked a bit close together. Handy for shops etc.

Niepolubione Rubbish bins need emptying daily especially in hot weather and wasp season. Several were overfill and lids not closing.

Polubione Very friendly staff, clean facilities, great for children, walking routes through little forest, plenty of space for kids to play on bikes or ball games.

Polubione Loved the fact that the tent pitches were laid out with designated parking and tent space.
Nothing worse than going out for the day and coming back to someone parked in your spot!

Niepolubione Toilets were not checked frequently enough.
The same spots of rubbish/hair in the drain/ dirt that was there at 4pm where still there at 9 the next morning.
Nappy bin full of beer cans.

Polubione Reception staff was very friendly. Tent pitch was spacious and clean shops close by

Niepolubione Toilets and showers was in a good need of a clean and up dating. Could do with some more showers. Glad i was only staying for 2 nights so i could wait till i got home for a good showers.do with a pud on site

Niepolubione Sanitary bins in toilets were over flowing even though it had been signed as being cleaned.

Niepolubione Toilet block to too small for the size of the site, could be cleaner. Pitches a very small & very uneven even with blocks. Caravan next to us had an awning up and was right next to our van. Site is very dull & boring.

I apologize that you found our park dull and boring. We pride ourselves on being a quiet and peaceful country park, and we're located within easy walking distance of Coldstream, where you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, and other amenities.

Regarding the toilet and shower facilities, we want to assure you that our toilet block is the required size for the number of pitches on site, as set out by AA requirements. We also have a regular cleaning schedule in place, and we are looking into ways to ensure our high standards are consistently met, even during peak season.

Polubione Site was modern and check in / out was easy. Staff were friendly. Nice open spaces and the play area was a bonus with the little one.

Niepolubione Toilet and shower block weren’t the cleanest but probably due to the amount of people at the site as there isn’t many toilet / shower rooms. But overall a good experience.

We're sorry to hear that the toilet and shower block wasn't as clean as you would have liked. We want to assure you that our toilets and showers are fully cleaned twice daily. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests to use, but unfortunately, some guests don't use them, and this can impact the cleanliness for others.

Regarding your comment about the number of facilities, we want to let you know that we meet the required amount of toilets and showers for our touring and camping guests, as set by AA requirements. There are also overflow units at the rear of the Amenity block for guests use.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the shower and toilet block. We do our best to keep these areas clean, but due to our countryside location, spiders and their webs can reappear very quickly, especially when the doors to the amenity block are left open. We will, however, be redoubling our efforts to ensure a more thorough and frequent cleaning schedule.
