Polubione Absolutely loved our stay - very concerned after reading reviews but could not fault the staff or facilities!

There are temporary facilities while maintenance is ongoing with main wc block but they were cleaned regularly and very much up to standard.

Staff helped immediately when we needed help with pitching up as the site is a little unlevel but provided blocks for us to help level out our caravan on the pitch.

Electric was also good no issues at all there. The entertainment was great although the bar wasn’t busy.

The price for our stay in the school holidays was incredibly low! Couldn’t fault the cost for what we experienced on our four day stay!

Niepolubione There was nothing we disliked while staying here. Prices at the bar were a little higher than expected but seeing how quiet it was in the middle of the school holidays where you would expect it to be really busy was maybe the reason for that.

Polubione Site was spacious

Niepolubione Went to use the toilet and they were both covered in poo, only one toilet had toilet roll , we arrived on the 20th July and the last time they were cleaned and signed off was the 18th, the shower cubicles were both filthy, these issues were raised with management, we planned a two night stay but decided one night was enough for my wife and I.

Polubione Pleasant site walkable distance to Moffat

Niepolubione Pitch site was not clear. The grass had been cut and the ladies showers were covered in it to the point that one shower drain was blocked and it was all over the floor. No one had checked them that day but had a broom in the showers would have helped as I would swept it up.

Polubione After reading terrible reviews we were a bit apprehensive in staying but the site is excellent and could not fault it in any way all staff were helpful and friendly lovely bar with bingo quiz and entertainment at the weekend so quiet and peaceful there is also a bus stop outside the site handy for popping in to Moffat the bar also sells snacks pizza etc would highly recommend

Polubione The pub was good with good atmosphere, enjoyed the bingo, quiz and karaoke.
Showers were clean enough.
Views around were nice and quiet on site.

Niepolubione Grass had just been cut and where our pitch was and was quite messy as clumps of grass were left all around.

Polubione I liked the site in general, I would visit again, pleasant staff

Niepolubione Temporary showers where eather boiling hot or stone cold, no in-between, no one appears to clean them eather, some investment in this area is much needed

Polubione Reception and staff, excellent.
The Tavern and staff, excellent.

We was booked in for 2 nights but left after 1 night. The pitch was on a slope. Rabbit holes and rabbits everywhere. The toilet block was just acceptable but was a shambles as idiots had decided to make it a tip. It doesn't look anything like the photos on Pitchup. Would and could not recommend this site. We couldn't wait to leave.

Niepolubione The service from the maintenance guy who left the bar staff to try and get our electrics working with no success so we had no electric hook up for the two nights we were there nobody came to see how we were we were put right at the top of a hill when there were spaces near the facilities also we were made to feel like it was the caravan that was faulty when it wasn’t we were offered to relocate but it was late and we were already set up and it was a nightmare to get there with the sat nav
