Reedham Ferry Touring and Camping Park

Polubione: Clean shower and toilet block, hot water and the hands off approach seems to invoke a respectful attitude by all campers. Pitches are spacious and have a mix of sunny and shady spots.

Polubione: I loved the location, Reedham Touring Park, we had a couple of lovely walks along the river. The restaurant served delicious food where the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Crossing the river on the ferry was quite exciting for the width of the river! We heard lots of different birds including reed warblers, chaffinches goldfinches, green finches, wagtails to name a few. We also saw herons, Canada geese ( think) and goslings on the fishing lake nearby also.

Niepolubione: The only thing I disliked were the wash basins in the toilet & shower building ie the water did not flow if you stopped pressing the tap, so you could only wash/rinse one hand at a time - I would suggest this as a health & safety issue following using the toilet. The water should flow long enough to wash hands thoroughly before rinsing.

Polubione: Quiet, nice views and good location for the river.

Niepolubione: The toilets had a drain smell the whole stay in the ladies, puddle around one of the toilets (potential leak?) one toilet without a toilet seat and all of the toilets toilet brushes were filthy. In the men’s, the same puddle around one of the urinals and 2 sinks not working. Just generally didn’t feel clean. Staff weren’t the friendliest on arrival.

Polubione: Lovely little site, clean facilities, great local pub within 2 minutes walk and access onto the River Yare (we took paddleboards)

Reedham village a short walk up the river has some lovely cafes and pubs.

Polubione: Beautiful setting, lovely clean shower block. Went for dinner in the pub, great services and views.

Polubione: The site was in a beautiful location right by the river Yare. It would have been very peaceful apart from a couple of inconsiderate people who let their dogs yap non stop. The pub right on the entrance to the site was a nice addition although we only had a pint and some chips outside so can't comment only eating inside. There was a lovely walk along the river for our dogs and it was only about 20 minutes from a couple of cafes and a local shop.

Niepolubione: The toilets could have been a bit cleaner. It was also quite a drive from any decent shops, about 20 mins just to get to a Co-op and 30 mins to a supermarket in Yarmouth. We would also have appreciated knowing that you have to pay to get a ferry across the river to the site depending on which direction you come from. This cost £7 for our car and caravan but it was the same time to get home once we put no ferries in the satnav. Worth checking before you head there. We also couldn't find any WiFi to connect to.
