Henley Park Wild Camping

Polubione: Campsite was really nice with some nice quite and private spots as well some larger spots for bigger tents or a group. If you pick the right spot you can't actually see another tent. The bar / TV area was a real added bonus and it had plenty of undercover seating and the kids loved playing pool on the small table. Toilets and showers were good, but only a couple for the whole site. The owners were welcoming and polite.

Niepolubione: Not a dislike, but the entrance to the site could be more tidy (it's quite far from the actual camping area so can't see it once on the site). There's an old porta cabin there, which has seen better days and some site rubbish. Just does not give the best first impression when entering, what really is, a very nice site.

Polubione: The venue was a great little retreat, with friendly staff, and camping folk. Really good atmosphere, would definitely go again.

Niepolubione: They were too friendly and we got drunk before pitching the tent. It made it very hard, but maybe that was our bad decisions catching up with us lol.

Polubione: Everything ! This campsite is amazing , all staff was super nice and helpfull :-) There is loads of private places in the woodland , bar was great as well. We just loved this place and will definitely come back :-)

Polubione: You can pick any pitch ranging from woodland to large grass pitch to the gem on top of the hill with great views, there's potential for backping to a hammock camp.also if you don't fancy taking a tent you can hire tipi"s and other tents. There's warm showers and toilet facilities. And a bonus there's a superb bar and social area under cover. My wife is 100 % not a wild camper but wanted to stop another night with no electric, that has never happened in 23 years so this site must be special!. We met nearly all the family and they were the perfect hosts, very friendly helpful and talkative.

Niepolubione: Nothing to dislike. Only thing was I only booked one night🤣

Polubione: Friendly, help people, unspoiled nature which the kids loved playing and exploring in woods on rope swings , making friends with other kids on the site. Nice little bar area with a tv, toilets & showers clean , little fire pits set up to use. I would definitely return it reminds me of my child no technology just out door fun .

Polubione: The owners Matt and Tracey were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They also worked behind the bar so available for any questions if needed. The site was beautiful, lots of quiet little areas in woods to camp up instead of a plain field. Great views. Bar was brilliant, such a great idea and so chilled.

Niepolubione: I must say I am not an experienced camper so for me personally the facilities were very basic but I guess the clue is in the name...wild camping!

Polubione: Amazing bar area with seating area and a small pool table (brand new one). Pitched up tent in the field and had loads of space to ourselves. Very friendly staff
