Likte Very quiet, small site, in fact the quietest place I've stayed. Good, clean facilities with lovely hot showers. Though we didn't use them, there was a toaster and microwave that were free to use and a washing machine to use for a small charge. There's a small shop and bar on site though we didn't use either. Carolyn was a lovely and friendly host. We'd definitely stay again.

Likte Stayed in a basic pod and absolutely loved it! So much so I'm selling my tent in favour of glamping! Site was quiet enough but it was out of season. Beautiful surrounding area too. I'll definitely book again later in the year.

Likte My second stay here in as many months and will be back again next year. A lovely little site. Excellent toilet and shower facilities. Lovely flat pitches with plenty of space.

Likte Lovely site, loads of different places to pitch up. As I got there early I got a good choice of pitch. Only a couple of hundred metres to the banks of Colemere which is a beautiful 1.75mile circular walk around the mere. Communal facilities are lovely, clean and well kept. Wifi signal was good around the communal area but didn't reach as far as my pitch but that really wasn't an issue as I didn't go camping to be connected to the internet all the time! Dave and Ingrid both lovely and happy to chat and answer any queries.

Likte I stayed here in my tent with my dog. We had a fantastic weekend. Lovely little site. Nigel checked us in and we were shown our pitch. My previous experience of camping has been on large family sites so being on a small, adults only site was absolutely bliss! Friendly campers and nice and quiet too. Lovely clean toilets and showers and a microwave and fridge/freezer to keep things cool which was great. I enjoyed it so much that I booked to stay again in August before I'd even left the site and I've recommended it to fellow parkrunners who want to go and run the York course :-)

Likte Lovely holiday park. Lots of choice on where to pitch my tent. Even when others arrived there was still plenty of choice. Facilities were lovely, modern and very clean. Friendly staff at check in. The chippy was fabulous, I highly recommend the fish and chips one evening. I stayed at the top end of the site (not in the overflow section which was still closed as yet) and the wifi wasn't bad. It did keep dropping out but it wasn't a problem.

Likte ikke On both nights different parties of campers were being noisy after midnight, breaking the 11pm 'rule' of being quiet. Fortunately I had ear plugs which minimised the noise.
