Likte The location and site are ideal for a quiet break. Very clean and tidy and the staff were very nice

Likte ikke I believe the site would benefit with a restaurant or even a snack bar/van to provide food for tourers as the village has few places to sit in for food, there is however, a couple of takeaway places

To give you a little background, our planning permission was specifically granted with the goal of bringing regeneration to our local town. Because of this, we made a commitment not to have cafes or restaurants on the park itself, so that we can actively encourage our guests to visit and support the wonderful local businesses just a short walk away.

To ensure our facilities stay fresh, our team cleans and checks the amenity block twice daily. We also leave mops available for guests to tidy up after themselves after using the showers—though sadly, not all guests do this.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us monitor busy periods more closely. We hope to welcome you back for a much improved experience in the future.

Likte The site was good, clean, the playground for the kids was really nice. The amenities were great, clean and the added bonus was the fridges and freezers.

Likte ikke The ground was really hard, and we struggled a bit to peg our tent, luckily we had hard ground tent pegs.

Likte The site was big, so we had privacy. Staff were friendly and accommodating

Likte ikke My husband is visually impaired, so he couldn't access the keypad on the toilet door as there were no braille or tactile numbers. I did mention this at the time, but it is a reason we won't return to this particular site.

We also appreciate you bringing the issues in the ladies' washrooms to our attention. While you are right that people showering will inevitably bring in some water, we always want to keep our facilities as comfortable and tidy as possible for the next person.

Please be assured that our manager is currently reviewing the cleaning and restocking schedules with the accommodation team. We are adjusting our walkthrough times to ensure that toilet rolls are topped up more frequently and floors are mopped down more regularly during peak times.

Likte Everything, shower blocks were great, very clean and warm, great washing up facilities. Lovely well maintained site with great friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.

Likte ikke Nor a dislike as such but may be better to have 2 x large shower rooms with accessibility for larger people and families to use instead on 2 smaller cubicles which were a little cramped
