Likte Love everything about this place left us to it and there if needed staff are friendly theplace was clean and cosy and relaxing loved every minute of our stay would highly recommend x

Likte ikke Too hot on arrival in the cabin but we just turned it down and eventually the cabin was OK.

We do not have WIFI on site this is not advertised or charged for many guests are able to pick up signal.

Likte The new toilet block was clean, but along way for campers on the field at the bottom. A good location for Derby.

Please be reassured that most campers in the bottom field choose to go down there and are happy with the facilities, any guests with mobility issues are offered alternative pitches near to facilities.

There are plans for the site in the near future to improve the infrastructure.

Gent who came around to make sure we settled in ok was nice and explained the area to us.
And the view was great

Likte ikke Pitch was awful should of been hard standing but was just mud

On arrival we missed the check in desk as I was reading the confirmation email to get the gate code and to check if we needed to check in as the initial email did not confirm this so we missed the check in shed which is also the same colour as other buildings so we wasn’t sure if that was toilet/washrooms etc so was a genuine miss but the lady who I assume is the owner was very rude to us shouting at us then stormed off about this which does not give a nice first impression as we had only just arrived. I appreciate that she apologised but this is not good customer service when this was a genuine miss. We considered just turning back to go home as this was not nice.
Pitch was awful as we paid for hard standing but this was not it was just mud
