Ik was blij met Definitely a wild campsite! We had a great time here- the owners were very friendly and helpful. The reservoir was a great addition, despite the mud due to the long dry spell and then torrential rain, we loved swimming and paddle boarding. The pitches are generously sized and flexible. We bought logs for the fire, they were good quality. It was quiet after 1030pm, and people seemed not to stir until about 8am which was good. You can park right next to your tent.

Ik was niet blij met The chemical toilets were not great- there were far too few for the amount of people, and despite the owners cleaning them multiple times a day, they were a bit grim. No water in them, just hand sanitiser which was pretty horrible. The showers are adequate (bucket with a shower head), they’re outdoors, cold water and meagre water but better than no showers! The access road is clay so incredibly slippery when wet. Only one place to dispose of rubbish- on the opposite campsite.
