Ik was niet blij met Pitch next to park as a couple, even though families were further away and free spaces away from the park. May be better to pitch families closer and those without children further away. No Internet signal throughout stay but may have been due to bad weather.

Ik was blij met Quiet and fairly private pitches. Good Location Great facilities - clean and loved that each of the three showers is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Very handy. Good wifi service. Electric cables provided on our pitch which was really useful as we didnt have to dig ours out. Definitely a bonus!

Ik was blij met Quiet campsite with amazing view. Love that you can choose where you pitch. Basic toilets were very clean. Though we didn't purchase anything the pizza/coffee van looked lovely. Good location for a short walk to the reservoir and local pubs

Ik was blij met A lovely, peaceful campsite with great hosts and a lovely welcome. The facilities exceeded our expectations and were immaculate. The pigs and cows were definitely a highlight of our visit and we really enjoyed the bacon from the farm shop. Thank you Pat and John.

Ik was blij met Great welcome. Lovely to see the animals every day. Great amenities. Opportunity to see WW2 anti-aircraft battery - really interesting. Lots of informations with maps of local walks available. Short walk to Walkington and nice walk to Beverley also. Convenient for Morrisons

Ik was blij met Great location with a lovely walk along the canal Quiet and peaceful Clean toilet block Lovely pub with reasonable prices Friendly and welcoming on arrival.

Ik was niet blij met Water in washing up area didnt get very hot and was open to the elements. I am guessing that this is because it was mostly larger motor homes that wouldn't need that facilitity. Minor thing for and worth it for the location.

Ik was blij met Great and helpful staff. We arrived and someone was on our pitch. Was sorted immediately. Short walk to the coastal path Clean toilets and showers. We had one hot, sunny day and one wet and miserable one but no issues with cleanliness on either day. Quiet and friendly vibe with lots of families. Electric was reasonably priced. We paid £2 on the advice of the lovely bar staff. Much cheaper than paying the extra cost for an electric pitch on other sites and we still had credit after our 40 hours on the site.

Ik was niet blij met There was an issue with the hot water on the first day but they worked hard to solve this and it was warmer on the second Though clean, the toilets are dated and probably due for a revamp. That wouldn't stop us returning if we were in this area again though.
