Ik was blij met I love this place. This is my 3rd visit now and I plan to keep coming. I like the toilet/shower/sink rooms, there are plenty of them too although at busy times you do have to que a bit. The pitches are spacious, the staff I've met have been friendly. Plenty of recycling and rubbish bins and are emptied regularly. The best is the scenery over to Barmouth and the mountains. It's just stunning and I never get bored of it.

Ik was blij met The field had lovely surrounding views and was so peaceful. The stars at night was amazing to see and the bird songs in the morning was wonderful to hear. Shower was lovely and clean and for a camp shower nice and spacious. It's really nice that not too many tents are booked in too so the field felt very spacious and open. I felt comfortable letting my daughter run around and play too.

Ik was niet blij met My only negative really was the toilet. The design of the composting toilet wasn't the best which meant it kept getting dirty and everyone was getting sawdust where sawdust wasn't meant to go so the front bit would get blocked. It got to the point I was dreading going to the toilet.

Van de manager: It is fantastic that you enjoyed the views, the peace and quiet and the night sky's along with the birdsong, found the shower clean and spacious along with being about to let your daughter run and play, feeling safe in our open field. We are so sorry the composting toilet was not to your liking, it is cleaned daily along with every where else and more when the site is busy (that's 7 pitches for us as we are a tiny site) if there was someone on site who did not understand how to to use the toilet properly, and was blocking the toilet then I apologise, the facilities are only as clean as the last person to use them, as we cannot monitor 24 hours a day and rely on our guests to notify us if there is a problem around the cleaning schedule. A full bucket of shavings is usually more than plenty for 24 hours and possibly the reason they ran out is because they were not being used properly. The composting toilet will not smell if used correctly and we have signs and information on how to use it.

Ik was blij met Site owners, they were lovely and accommodating. The site was a well maintained field with spacious pitches. Immaculate toilet and shower. Bonus of being able to feed the animals and there were some lambs that we were able to bottle feed too.

Ik was blij met Lovely scenery, good sunsets on a clear night, amazing for star gazing, site owner was lovely.
