Ik was niet blij met We arrived at 1.40pm and the previous campers had not vacated our allocated plot. Staff chased the motorhome owners up however, they had gone out for the day. We eventually got access to our plot at 3.30pm. We felt this could have been avoided had the plot been checked in the morning to ensure it had been vacated.

We’re very sorry that your allocated pitch was not available when you arrived and appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly having to wait until 3.30pm to gain access. Our departure arrangements rely on guests being aware of and adhering to the required departure time, and we do not routinely check each pitch in the morning to confirm that guests have left. Incidents such as this are fortunately very rare, but on this occasion the previous guests had left the site without vacating their pitch as expected, which was unfortunately outside of our control. We completely understand your frustration and are pleased that our team were able to follow this up and resolve the situation for you. We will continue to monitor this and do what we can to minimise the possibility of it happening again. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay.

Ik was blij met Great place to stay. Very well maintained site. Lovely friendly staff. They also have fantastic secure field to let you dogs run around.
