Ik was blij met Nothing

Ik was niet blij met My grandmother passed away and the funeral was during this trip. I asked if it could be postponed and they said no, that I had to cancel it. There was no other option and I lost all my money. I then asked for a cancellation email to try and claim it back on my insurance and they still have not provided one.
