Nous vous remercions d'avoir choisi Le Petit Rocher pour votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous nous "recommanderiez à vos amis" et que vous "séjourneriez à nouveau parmi nous", c'est pourquoi votre note mitigée nous surprend.

La toute dernière semaine d'août, nous avions encore un planning d'animation bien rempli ainsi que des horaires d'ouverture de haute saison. Début septembre marque la transition entre l'effervescence de la pleine saison et la quiétude de la basse saison. L'ambiance du camping se fait alors plus douce, invitant à profiter pleinement de la sérénité du lieu.

Nous espérons que vous avez tout de même pu apprécier les charmes des restaurants et commerces de Longeville-sur-Mer, situés à quelques pas du camping, qui continuent de régaler les papilles de nos vacanciers.

Ce serait une joie de vous accueillir à nouveau pour vous faire découvrir le Petit Rocher sous un autre jour.

Ik was blij met It was very difficult to like anything about the whole site or our pitch other than the local staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Ik was niet blij met Our pitch was uneven, deep in sand which was awkward but we did manage to get our caravan on the pitch with difficulty but was covered entirely in fallen leaves, ants nests & other debris giving the look of a very unkempt pitch, the look echoed all over the touring end of the site. French sites are known for good standard of hedges for privacy betweeh pitches but we only have wooden stakes help together with wire so not at all private. Very tall trees all around so no view of the sky at all & lots of tiny bugs dropping from them constantly. Basically there was nowhere to sit and relax with a view of green tress and sky. The toilet blocks were smelly & as it was the weekend, looked & smelt as though they hadn't been cleaned for a few days. We did speak with two other UK families who both agreed we would not be returning to this site. As we had booked through yourselves the site were very polite & apologetic explaining they could not give us a refund for our 9 night booking. If we had booked direct wuth them they would have given a refund for 50% of out stay.We stayed only 2 nights out of the 9.We found a very old fashioned French campsite, Les Sous Bois, a mile along the main road & had a very pleasant stay with them.

Le Petit Rocher is indeed a unique site, nestled in the heart of a pine forest on the dunes. We have chosen to preserve this natural setting, which explains the wooded and sandy nature of our pitches, offering total immersion in the environment.

We are surprised by your comments regarding the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Our teams clean them several times a day and are always ready to intervene on request.

We are delighted that you appreciated the friendliness of our team. This is one of our strengths and we will continue to offer a warm welcome to all our holidaymakers.

Ik was blij met I think this site would be good in the summer as it was close to the beach and the pitches would be a little drier.

Ik was niet blij met Very wet, waterlogged pitch (so wet the family next door to us got their campervan stuck). When we arrived it was very busy, which I think is due to check in only being for a 3 hour block. There was constant traffic around the site and our pitch was covered in croissant crumbs. We left after one night. No signage on any of the toilets to show where the drinking water was.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed and that your stay with us was cut short.

However, we thank you for recognising the potential of our campsite and its ideal location near the beach, which is indeed a delight for families when the sun is shining.

A stay in the heart of our pine forest can hold surprises, with the weather sometimes being unpredictable and making our pitches more humid, which is unfortunately beyond our control.

As for the cleanliness of your pitch, we ensure that each pitch is carefully prepared. Our teams are available to help if necessary.

We would have really liked to have had the opportunity to show you Le Petit Rocher in sunnier weather.
