Going South from the city of Split, you will find camping Galeb situated at the entrance to the town of Omiš. Among more than 200 pitches you will surely find a suitable place for your camper, caravan or tent, surrounded by the sea and our beautiful sandy beach on the one side, and the impressive Omiš rocks on the other side. Impressive poplars, lombardy poplars and tamarisk trees provide natural shade and shelter for camping plots and pitches, making the stay in our camp pleasant even in hot summer months. Even the farthest pitches are no more than 100 m away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach.

Let op
  • Op deze camping zijn hondenrassen/kruisingen die in de 'lijst met hoog-risico honden op agressief gedrag' zijn opgenomen, niet toegestaan. Denk aan de pitbullterriër en tosa, Argentijnse dog en fila brasileiro.
  • Het reserveren voor vrijgezellenfeesten is niet toegestaan via Pitchup.com.
  • Voor sommige faciliteiten en/of activiteiten, zoals washing machine and drying machine, gelden extra kosten, die bij aankomst betaald dienen te worden.
  • Het buitenzwembad is geopend tussen 01/06 en 30/09 (afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden).
  • Kortingskaarten en cadeaubonnen kunnen niet gebruikt worden bij reserveringen via Pitchup.com.

CANYONING If you are looking for a bit more excitement and adventure on your vacation, canyoning is the right choice for you. During canyoning on the river Cetina, you will experience swimming through the crystal clear river, hiking in some parts, sliding through the rapids and passing through the beautiful tunnels. You will have an incredible view of the 55 meter high waterfall Gubavica, and as a reward for your effort, you will have the chance to peek in the cave located at the heart of the waterfall. The guests of camping Galeb can enjoy numerous sports and recreation facilities: - swimming pools - tennis courts suitable for day and night (with lighting) - football field - artificial grass - sand volleyball court - children"s playground - table tennis - climbing rock In order to keep you entertained, our animation team organizes numerous activities on the beach: WINDSURFING SCHOOL In camping Galeb you can experience windsurfing in Tramontana school. The location on a sandy beach near river Cetina canyon provides excellent conditions for water sports, like windsurfing and kitesurfing: - shallow sea up to 400 meters from the shore - sandy beach and sandy sea bottom - stable and regular thermal winds, strong Bura in the morning and in the afternoon very stable Mistral wind with the average force of 3 Bf - guaranteed sunny weather The Tramontana school and rental center provides equipment for everybody: • sails from 1,0 m2 to 8,0 m2 in 0,5 m2 period • boards from more than 200 to 112 liters volume. • equipment for kids (from 4 years old) to adults, from beginners to professionals • courses for groups and individual lessons. • teaching in languages: Croatian, English, German and Polish.
