Fantastic views, lovely location
Bathroom/toilet/laundry/freezer, rinse area, outside shower, drinking water, all excellent very, very clean and tidy, plenty of room to put wash bag next to sinks, plus dry area within the shower stalls, so extra space there which was tealky a good feature.
On site bar
Onsite pizza. Garlic bread, hotdog Nachos "Bus" which we used both nights of our stay.

Ik was niet blij met Sink tap pressure a bit strong (splashy) but still better than if no pressure)
Shower push in plunger bit awkward and would have liked a little more time with each press, and some showers sprayed into the dry area of the cubicle, which kinda defeats the object.

Ik was blij met The location of the site is close to beautiful walks and oxwich bay. The site has a great size shower block with separate washing facilities for washing dishes, freezers and even an iron! Reception staff were very friendly

Ik was niet blij met Arrived at midday on a Friday, appreciate it as shank holiday during summer holidays but felt allocated pitches might be more sensible to help finding a pitch a bit easier and ensuring people don’t spread out too far.

Ik was blij met It was best campsite we have stayed in and we have tried many so family orientated, clean, the security is friendly not “gestapo” like some sites. Great bus selling pizzas hotdogs etc and a bar in an adjoining field which was good! SHOULD SELL CHIPS

Ik was niet blij met Although it was a nice 10/15 min walk to beach coming back uphill not so nice but worth it for a day at Oxwich Bay

Ik was blij met Lovely area and general feel to the campsite. We stayed on the lower quiet field and it was perfect with our toddler who is a light sleeper. 10 minute walk down the hill to the beach is convenient (the hill not so much on the way back up haha) We did visit over August bank holiday so it was busy but that’s to be expected. There was live music on the Saturday night which was awesome. And also a pizza takeaway and outdoor bar on site. We will definitely be back!

Ik was niet blij met The only downside to our stay was the lack of power to the showers, they just drizzled down the wall but I think that’s only due to the capacity of people staying on site.

We appreciate your comment about the shower pressure. This was due to a mechanical fault with one of our pumps over the Bank Holiday weekend, rather than capacity of people. The pump in question was not running at full efficiency unfortunately. This was however our seventh full weekend at the campsite this year and the only weekend we have had problems with water pressure and we’ve already instructed our engineers to replace the pump and are looking at ways to strengthen the system further to ensure it doesn’t happen again in the future.

We’re delighted to hear you’ll be returning to Greenways, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay!

Ik was blij met 2nd time camping there. Great location for beaches and walks, had some nice activities over the weekend. Lovely open fields for pitches and play areas for children.

Ik was niet blij met Shower and toilet blocks need to cleaned more frequently especially when campsite is fully booked and floors and showers are dirty as a result. There is often no water pressure in the showers. Sometimes toilets have no loo roll and have run out.
Not enough hair dryers or facilities to dry hair.
Not enough hooks in showers to hang clothes, towels and toiletries from.
Some of washing up sink plugs leak and need to be checked on.
Optional electric hook up pitches would be great.

We're glad you enjoyed the location, open fields, children’s play areas, and weekend activities. We appreciate your detailed feedback on the facilities. We will reviewing cleaning schedules & shower/toilet supplies, and practical improvements like more hooks.

The main issue over the bank holiday weekend was that one of our water pumps was only running at around 50-60% efficiency during peak demand times and simply couldn't keep up. This was very unfortunate, as we have had seven full weekends at the campsite over the summer and no such issues before the bank holiday. We have ordered a new pump and are looking at ways to strengthen the system for next season.

Ik was blij met Lovely to be back at Greenways. Lovely hot showers. Nice and quiet, considering it was the summer holidays.

Ik was niet blij met There was no water for the afternoon and evening of one day. Which made cooking dinner problematic and also considering it was 30° we couldn't access any drinking water. Toilets wouldnt flush, so bathrooms were getting pretty disgusting. Lad at reception wasn't helpful or apologetic, just said someone was looking for the keys...? An offer of drinking water would have been nice. The water eventually got turned back on later in the evening, but no word from any staff. This was the third time we've stayed. It didn't feel as clean as I remembered previously.

We're really pleased to hear you once again enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and hot showers, even during the busy summer holiday period. However, we're sorry to learn that this stay didn’t quite live up to your previous experiences with us due to the water pressure problems over the weekend.

The water issue you experienced was the result of a mechanical fault with one of our on-site pumps, which unfortunately happened during peak demand times over the weekend . While this was an unforeseen issue which was out of our control, we do recognise the inconvenience it caused — especially during such a busy weekend.

We have spoken with our engineers and they are installing a new pump ASAP and we plan to install an additional backup pump to hopefully stop this ever happening again.

We appreciate your honest feedback, especially as a returning guest. We will get this water system strengthened and we hope you'll consider staying with us again and experiencing the site at its best.

Easy walk - Road, or county path (daytime) -to local beach/shop(basics only) and great Hotel beer garden.
Magnificent views

Absolutely superb shower/washroom/ toilet facilities.

Security guards in the evening/night.

Ik was niet blij met No information leaflet available for any advice regarding local paths, recycling locations etc at reception.

No convenient recycling for anything but cardboard

Not easy to find a way down to the coastal path if heading West- absolute nightmare- and not much better heading East.
The sign starts well enough just above Oxwich Castle, but after a half dozen or so gates they disappear and you have to climb over locked gates and guess where to head.
