Lower Monkton Glamping

Ik was blij met: It’s clear from the moment you arrive that the owners of this site have gone above and beyond to make your experience a special one. Issac showed us everything we needed and was so kind to give us more information on places we hoped to visit. The bell tent we stayed in was stunning, filled with homely touches and plenty of space. The welcome basket was such a pleasant touch and greatly appreciated. You have your own private shower and toilet which are kept perfectly clean with towels provided. The site itself is a haven. If you love the sounds of nature whilst having the comforts of glamming then this site really is for you. The owners have done so much to enhance the biodiversity, there are floral areas for bees, no mow sections to increase butterflies and plenty of birds to see. We visited Nash point, took a coastal walk to Monkton Beach and visited the town of Cowbridge which where all memorable and recommended by Hannah and Patrick. If you do find yourself forgetting anything they have kindly set up a shed shop with any extras you may need. Overall it was a blissful weekend we will never forget and we will be back! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Ik was blij met: We felt so comfortable and welcome. The site was quiet and beautiful, with a full range of amenities. As it was rainy while we were there we enjoyed the seating area inside the tent for reading in the evening. The extra touches were really appreciated, including hot water bottles and a welcome basket. Gorgeous experience.

Ik was blij met: My family of 5 had a wonderful 3 night stay at Lower Monkton Glamping! The bell tent was set in a picturesque setting surrounded by tall wild grass and the sounds of nature. The option to camp with access to hot showers, cooking facilities and flushing toilets really appealed to us! All 3 children had all the freedom they could ever ask for! Nobody wanted to go home! Patrick and Hannah were fantastic hosts. We can't wait for next visit to Wales.
