Bryn Hyfryd Campsite

Ik was blij met Emma was very friendly and the site is kept very clean. The site isn't big, so we didn't have to walk far for the showers and the washing up facilities. The site felt safe and my children enjoyed the play area and the the open space.
The showers and toilet block were clean.
The access to the reservoir was ideal, and we enjoyed the beautiful walk.
The location was ideal. It is a central local on Anglesey, so it only takes about 30 mins to get to Newborough or 40 mins to Beaumaris. Perfect.

A bench in the dog paddock would be a great addition , some bark for safety on the play area instead of hardcore , and hand towel in the toilet , there is no shop near the camp site so would suggest you bring everything your going to need for your stay

Ik was blij met The intimacy of the campsite. Electric hookup. Toilets and showering facilities close to pitch. Friendly owner. Clean. Good value for money

Ik was blij met we got to pitch out own pitch as as it was only us and another caravan in the gravel area.
Our kids enjoyed the small play park and we could see them from our pitch which is ideal when you have younger children.

Very tidy, peaceful campsite and the owner was very friendly.

Ik was niet blij met the wet room shower wasn’t my favourite as the floor got very wet i had push the water down the drain with a shower mop i was standing in a puddle of water to get dried.

the grey water drain not in the best place right against a fence we almost took our wing mirror off trying to get close enough to empty it.

Ik was blij met Peaceful, friendly site. Grass mown well. Our hard standing pitch was level but saw others levelling. Great location with path to the reservoir - great for the dog! Central location so not far to anywhere on Anglesey and the North Wales coast.

Ik was niet blij met Toilet and washing up facilities were basic - but clean. No hot water in the washing up area. Sink and shower drainage was wet room style. Showers were a bit hot for me and the dog although others said they were OK. Saw dog poo in the children's play area.

Ik was blij met Pitch sizes were a decent size. Toilets and showers were together which made it easier to shower when you have a dog.
Was in a quiet area with a short walk to the dam from the campsite.
For £30 a night with electric hook up not bad price.

The idea of a secure dog play area is good but it was towards the entrance of the campsite next to the main road and had a field gate with no mesh to stop smaller dogs from getting out so I never used it.

Not any Dislike about the campsite just a suggestion the sat nav doesn't take you to the campsite directly. The sign is labelled as lake View campsite.
Daytime was sometime loud due to the RAF planes flying around.
