Bryn Goleu Caravan and Camping Site

Ik was blij met: We had an electric grass pitch, it was very big, very flat, had our own tap and hookup in a great place at the centre to one edge of the pitch. Despite being quite close to 2 big a roads it was quiet and peaceful enough in the evening and at night. Toilets and showers were very well maintained, always clean and down to a high standard. There is a bar on site but it wasn't noisy at all. Felt very safe to let the kids just run off an play with all the other kids on site. Staff were lovely bonon site shoo but there is a shop a 3 minute drive away. Lastly easily within 15 minutes from 3 of the best beaches on the island. Great. We will go again.

Ik was niet zo blij met: The only thing I'd possible change is have some toilets a little closer the the pitches, it was a bit of a walk up a hill but as I said you can't fault the standards of those facilities. I'd have given 4.5 if I could as it's a very minor niggle. As I said, we will go again.

Ik was blij met: 4th time to the campsite and wouldn’t go to any other whilst visiting Anglesey. Facilities are spotless. Love having the break once a year to Bryn goleu to rest and recharge.

Ik was blij met: Clean toilets and shower. Easy access. Each tent area has own electricity and water supply. Friendly staff.

Ik was blij met: Lovely campsite with brilliant shower, toilet and washing up facilities, and a friendly welcome. Pitches were spacious and the kids loved the regular sound and site of the planes and helicopters from RAF Valley.

Ik was blij met: Very relaxed quiet campsite. Facilities are great, especially if you have a dog. Showers and toilets modern and clean, on site washing machine and dryer available (at a cost). Hot water in the washing up area always available. Owner was lovely, very chatty and welcoming (despite our sprocker knocking her over with a very enthusiastic hello!). Was even able to charge my power bank when the weather was unsuitable for solar charging (this might not always be available). Fridge freezer available for campsite users. There’s even a bar on site open most nights. The dog run is very secure and our Sprocker loved being able to run freely on site and make some new goat friends! Site is spotless and they even cut the grass in the dog run area! Highly recommended site if you are staying in Anglesey.

Ik was blij met: Had a fully serviced pitch, everywhere is clean and tidy, the facilities are spot on. An addition of a bar is a lovely touch. The owner is very friendly and stops to chat. A brilliant location with everything close by. An added bonus was the dessert truck that stopped by!

Ik was blij met: Great pitch size. Amazing hospitality from the host, they went above and beyond. I can’t speak highly of the owners they are so welcoming and incredibly friendly and will do anything they can to help with your stay. Fantastic facilities, spotless shower/toilets. The inside wash area if a great edition with the opportunity to wash your clothing, blankets etc, the added extra of the dryer helps with towels on a gloomy day. The bar opened for the first night on the Friday of our first days stay on so we went to support. It was a great bar to have a chat and talk to other campers. We made a passing comment that the FA Cup final was on and did they have any suggestion as to where to go and watch, without a moments hesitation they sorted a 55’ television for the day after and showed the match, a great edition to the site as many of the guest can up to the bar and provided a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this camp site as we went last year and loved it so much that we gathered some more friends and cam again this year. It’s a must stay for all, close to many places to stay

Ik was blij met: Lovely little site, well maintained large flat pitches. Lots of space for the children to run around & play. Facilities were modern & immaculately clean. The best toilet & shower facilities we've ever stayed at. Great location to lots of beautiful beaches within half an hour drive. There was a field with little goats in that the children enjoyed and our friends were travelled with had a dog so got great use of the dog park too. There was a bar on site but we didn't use it. It looked nice tho. They had a dessert truck attend on the Saturday and an Ice cream van came around on the Sunday which was great. We will definitely be back.

Ik was niet zo blij met: You are close to the motorway which you can hear but not to the point where its an issue, it didn't wake us up I just noticed it was still quite busy even through the night when I was up with the baby. The motorway can't be helped, it's not something the owners could change. It definitely wouldn't stop us returning.
