Een gastvrije, schone camping met ruime plaatsen. Faciliteiten (douches, toiletten) goed onderhouden. Pub en foodtruck populair. Gasten waarderen evenementen. Suggesties: meer toiletten, dagelijkse foodtruck. Goede uitvalsbasis voor verkenning.

Ik was blij met On our way to the Caravan Park, Trevor called us asking us what time we would be there so he could greet us on arrival. Trevor greeted us at the gate when we got there and showed us the available pitch spaces. Trevor was so friendly and kind and the site spaces were big and spacious to park your car alongside the pitch. Pitch was level also.
The site was very tidy, with showers with warm water and toilets available to the front of the caravan park, located next to The Peg & Mallet Pub.
There is also an onsite takeaway van called Grumpy Grub which is open from 5pm to 8.30pm on a Friday and a Saturday and it serves burgers, sausages, half roast chickens, chips, kebabs, curry, and some other foods.
Onsite there are also 2 washers and 2 dryers as well as washing up facilities. The cheapest wash load was £3 and the most expensive being £3.40. The dryer was £2 for 30 minutes and not ideal for maybe more than 2 big towels to dry off. Prices for the washer/ dryer was more than reasonable.
We just absolutely loved the site. There is also a fishing lake Which the rods were £5 a day to hire.
Great distance to stay if wanting to visit Pwllheli or Nefyn or any neighbouring villages by car.

Ik was blij met Location, close to lots of nice areas in north Wales. No cost for campfire hire, just the wood. Small pub on site with good selection of beers.

Ik was blij met The site was in an excellent location and was really great value for money.
We had a good sized pitch with electric hook up and drinking water tap on our pitch.
It was great that we could have a pup tent and awning on our pitch too.
The toilets and showers were lovely and clean with plenty of hot water.
Staff were friendly and gave some good recommendations for local sights to visit.
The on site pub and communal fire pit each evening were great!
The only criticism as a matter of preference was the noise on our first night. It was a bank holiday Sunday and so there was bingo on which drew a huge crowd and was quite loud.
However, to be fair it was all finished by 10.30 so no complaints about that.
Also, the site was really peaceful for the rest of the week.
There were a large group next to us who were very noisy. We had been warned before we pitched up that they may be noisy but that they were leaving the next day. So we had been given fair warning.
Again, once they left the next day, the site was lovely and peaceful.
We had a great week camping and would recommend the site to others.

Ik was blij met Great location, pub was great, entertainment was unexpected and made our stay! Food van on site was a good addition and food was very tasty. Fab campsite and will definitely return.
Ik was niet blij met Our electric tripped each time we plugged in the kettle on the first day, the site was very busy and it didn't affect us too much. Second night was quieter and didn't trip. Must have been due to the volume of users.

Exellent bar with the best Guiness you could ever wish to drink.Chris and co have clearly worked hard to make this a superb site,all amenities were spotless and well looked after. Highly recommended 5 🌟.
Definatly will be booking again.
