Llandyn Holiday Park

Ik was blij met Great from start to finish. Checking in was easy and very welcoming. The Size of the park I liked, not too big. Excellent location and easy of getting to Llangollen.
Facilities v g. We loved the milk dispenser!
Would definitely book again and bring our dog next time. Want to come back even more now we realise that it’s on a park run route too!

Ik was niet blij met All great. I’m never much of a fan of push button showers in shower block but it’s standard.
A hairdryer could be useful in shower block too.

Ik was blij met Good attentive checking in procedure. Very good access from site for walking into Llangollen via river and canals.

Ik was niet blij met Unfortunately the site is very close to a fairly busy road. I could hear road noise throughout the stay. The showers were cold and having all toilets closed at the same time for 45 mins to clean was inconvenient. The site is right next to the river but there are no pleasant access points to sit by it.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the areas where we can improve. Because of our fantastic proximity to town, we are located near the road, and while many guests aren't bothered by it, we understand that road noise can be a disturbance depending on pitch location and how lightly you sleep.
We are very sorry to hear that the showers were cold during your visit but we hope that after speaking with the warden, this was rectified.
Regarding the 45-minute cleaning closure, we completely understand how inconvenient it is to find all facilities shut at once but as you can imagine, we are a busy site and the bathrooms do need a deep clean. We are looking into keeping the accessible toilet free in future.
Finally, thank you for the note about river access. While the natural layout of the bank makes direct access difficult in some areas, we are looking into ways we can make the riverside areas more accessible and pleasant for guests to sit and relax in the future.

Our team is always on hand to help resolve issues, so we are disappointed to hear about your experience. Did you try to contact the manager or warden via phone or by popping into the office during your stay? We always encourage guests to report issues right away so we can step in and fix them on the spot.
We hold all of our guests to a strict policy regarding pets; dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times. It is completely unacceptable that a dog was wandering unchecked and causing a disturbance at your caravan. This will be closely monitored in the future

Finally, we understand your frustration regarding the pitches. While we always try to accommodate location requests, the empty pitches you noticed were likely held for late arrivals, essential maintenance, or pre-booked guests. However, we hear you loud and clear, and we will review how we manage pitch allocations moving forward.
We thank you again for highlighting issues but we do hope you found joy in other areas of your stay.
