Ik was blij met Easy going campsite left alone plenty of space good area

Ik was niet blij met Showers and toilets where not very good showers didn’t even work if some one was washing dishes out side

Ik was blij met The working farm just across the fence the cows came in everynight and out every morning was beautiful. Its pretty close to the town centre and lots to see and do.
The park onsite is pretty decent my daughters 6 and 10 loved it. The lady bringing out the food from the kitchen was the only nice and respectful staff member we came across the whole time.

Ik was niet blij met If you want to have any hygiene at all i highly recomend you dont visit this site. Trying to have a shower was a nightmare the water trickles and on most ocassions it just stopped coming out. 4 showers on site so very busy with people trying there best to get clean its busy from 6:30am in the morning they do have a toilet in the shower cubicles which is good i went at 11pm at night and the showers seemed to work for 2 minuites then so if your up late grab it whilst you can if you ignore how dirty they are because they are NEVER clean ( we was their 3 days). The food on site is overpriced and horrible. The staff was rude and upon check in decided to have a secret conversation with their collegue about my booking less than a metre away from me and my friend which left us feeling uncomfortable. I had to contact the venue about an issue before we arrived and they didnt reply to any of my email for 4 weeks and didnt answer any of my calls when i didnt get through to them 30 minuites before arrival the women was so rude on the phone i couldnt believe it . There was rowdy families screaming in the field at 2am and after various reports to management (not by us) nothing was done diagraceful . The pitches we was given for my family and my friends family was disgusting overgrown full of animal poo broken plastic huge rocks and nettles we had to pitch further forward than usual and clean the pitch. We didnt see a single staff member tending pitches and cleaning at all our whole stay. You have to 5pounds for wifi and it is supposed to work for 4 devices but only 1 device works per code. We had to keep going back everyday to get a code was awful.

Ik was blij met Lovely pitching area. Went quiet after 10.30. By the road but not any noticeable noise. Beautiful outlook from the pitch. Great walks from the site. On site swings ect for the kids. Pub also friendly we didn’t eat there but drinks were reasonable.

Ik was niet blij met The toilets and shower were terrible. Cold water one day scorching the next and not the cleanest.

Ik was niet blij met The facilities weren’t great. 4 toilets that women can use and the showers are in here too, so you’re queuing if people are showering. There is one other toilet in a different block but the door doesn’t lock…
The ground is extremely rocky under the grass so it’s very difficult to put the tent pegs in. The staff were also quite rude when I went to check in, it was all very bizarre.

Ik was blij met Had a lovely time here it’s in a great location Horse shoe falls was great and I’d recommend going to see the old Abby across the road. Would definitely go again

Ik was niet blij met It was freezing cold at night so pack warm stuff even if it’s hot in the day. Showers are crap no water pressure just dribbling out, if someone puts shower on in next cubicle yours goes off 🤣. Food was quite expensive in the pub aswell

Ik was blij met Very family oriented. Quite site. Great for families. Play area and pub in site. Does take away food too. Local to horseshoe falls and Llangollen town

Toilets are not very clean but hand wash and toilet roll is available

Ik was blij met Location, easy to get to places from there. view surrounding campsite lovely outlook in a morning.

Ik was niet blij met Toilet/shower facilities need major attention.
Cleanliness of site, broken glass about on floor and facilities not cleaned regularly.
Disrepair of some site furniture and facilities, some tables were falling apart, make sure you test before sitting down!

Ik was blij met Food was nice but that was all that I can say was nice about this site

Ik was niet blij met Shower and toilets are dirty old and smells horrible
This is not a campsite in my opinion it’s fine for a nights stay over but no more than that
Needs a total renovation very dirty with rubbish all over the play ground
