Whether you’re cycling to the beach, surfing or relaxing by a firepit back on site, Camp Llandudno will put you in touch with the simple pleasures. A pop-up site with open, spacious fields (and heaps of fresh air, of course), this place is for the folk who like proper back to basics camping. In fact, the owners describe their sheep farm as just a couple of splendid fields that happen to be well-suited to camping… It’s not just the stunning semi-rural location and south-facing fields that are to like here. The farm is also just two miles from Llandudno, Deganwy and Conwy on the North Wales coast, so a five-minute drive will get you to copious cafés, restaurants, bars and pubs. Handily, there's a camp kitchen serving hot breakfast baps in the mornings, as well as barista coffee throughout the day and tasty woodfired pizzas in the evening. A well-stocked bar serving ice-cold drinks is also available. For sea dips, Deganwy beach and West Shore beach are five minutes’ drive away (or a slightly longer walk or bike ride for the active types). With bus stops at the front gate and a food shop and a pub a couple minutes’ drive away, it’s all rather convenient. When it comes to the simple pleasures on site, think firepits for hire (subject to availability) and regular starry skies. Open fires and barbecues are permitted off the ground and firewood can be purchased on site. Other pop-up facilities include six hot-water and four cold-water shower cubicles, a toilet block with proper flushing toilets, additional clean portable toilet facilities, an Elsan point and cold water supplies for drinking and washing up. There’s no electricity or wifi (although there's usually good 4G/3G coverage and you can bring equipment like camping toilets or solar showers). With a fun and relaxed vibe, everyone is welcome here – families, couples, friends, young, old… with well-behaved dogs (on a lead, unless supervised in the designated dog exercise area) included.

  • Honden moeten getatoeëerd of gechipt zijn.

Zeer aanbevolen pop-up camping, geprezen om vriendelijk personeel, ruime plaatsen en fijne sfeer. Lekkere pizza's, bar en ontbijt. Faciliteiten schoon. Ideaal voor uitstapjes, goede OV-verbindingen. Minpuntjes: eenvoudige toilet/douche, soms geluidsoverlast.

Ik was blij met Just got back from a two night stay here and loved every minute of it :) the only reason I’m doing 9 stars is because we pitched up close to the road and it was quite noisy during the night. Perfect stay and we will defo be booking again (just on a different side of the camp maybe). Pizzas are gorgeous but on the expensive side. Toilets and showers are nice and clean. Kids had plenty of room to play and camp had an overall good vibe.

Ik was blij met We had a great camping experience here, such friendly family that run it. Run really well. Will be definitely be back next year and hopefully for a longer stay. They have done a brilliant job with new flushable toilets and hot showers, great pot washing station even supply washing liquid. Lovely pizzas to purchase on site at a reasonable price. Kids had a great time playing with other kids, was just happy sitting by my fire watching my kids having the best time.

Ik was blij met Fantastic campsite very close to Conwy and Llandudno for things to do around on foot or by car with our 3 year old, co op 5 min away for essentials, a busy friendly campsite with a great atmosphere especially for kids of all ages load of space to play and very safe. We had campfire at night , they serve pizzas in eve and coffee and bacon butties in the morning, the showers and toilets were spotlessly clean, we definitely recommend and we will be back again ✨💕

Ik was blij met Chilled out feel. Hot showers, impeccably clean and proper loo’s.
The pizzas were really very good and at a fair price.

Ik was niet blij met No breakfast baps in the week was a disappointment

Ik was blij met Brilliant set up. Great design on toilets and shower blocks. Showers were hot, roomy, practical and non slippy. Proper flushing toilets, that were cleaned daily. Great pizza, availability to hire firepits with wood and smores kits available to buy just added wonderfully to our adventure. Most importantly very friendly helpful crew on site. The attention to detail, such as washing up liquid available, good quality toilet roll. All these things made such a difference to our time on site.

Ik was blij met Stayed Tuesday till Friday morning. Everything about it seems perfect for families. Went with my young lad. I've done Glastonbury camping in the past, it was his 1st time. He loved it. We used it as a base to travel around taking in Caernarfon, Llandudno bay/pier and also Zip world. Perfect for all 3. Can definitely see us returning next year.

I believe this was the showers and proper toilets 1st appearance as was told by someone else. Absolutely impeccable. Toilets were lovely and clean as were the showers.

Pizzas were spot on aswell. Just perfect for a late tea around the fire pit.

Well done to all who run the place. Will see you all next year.

With the Conwy Valley close by and Snowdonia National Park half an hour’s drive away, there are adventurous times ahead. Expect swims in the sea, lakes and waterfalls or hiking, climbing, boating and mountain biking, among other activities… You might like to test your balance with a surf session at Adventure Parc Snowdonia (20 minutes’ drive). Other adrenaline-inducing activities can be sought out at several adventure activity sites in Snowdonia National Park, including the zipwires at Zip World Penrhyn Quarry (35 minutes), the forest rollercoaster at Zip World Fforest (25 minutes) and the underground trampolines at Zip World Llechwedd (45 minutes). In Conwy Valley, explore Conwy Castle (10 minutes) overlooking the river or check out the aquarium and go coarse fishing at Conwy Water Gardens (15 minutes).
