It’s a thoroughly grown-up setup at Ty Ni, a peaceful park on a Conwy county farm about 15 minutes’ drive from Colwyn Bay. This is an adults-only park that’s all about creating a quiet space for taking in the gorgeous views over the hills of North Wales. To boot, it has a lovely micro pub and a small off-licence – that's your afternoon drinks sorted. This location, a short hop from both the coast and Snowdonia (Eryri) National Park, makes Ty Ni an excellent base for a varied break, taking in all the attractions this area has to offer. Whether you’re into gardens, castles, gentle walks, adrenaline adventures or seaside days, it’s all here within easy reach… However you choose to fill your days, you’ll be coming back to a well-kept site that’s not been overly developed but has all the essentials on hand, including washing-up sinks, a washing machine, ladies’ and gents’ toilets and showers, plus chemical waste/grey water facilities for tourers. You’ll spot a few eco-friendly touches too, like facilities for recycling and composting waste. Barbecues are permitted at this park if you’d like to spend an evening cooking outdoors while taking in the lovely rural views – as well as the small shop on site, it's not far from several local village shops for additional supplies or the bigger supermarkets in places like Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. There are also several pubs and restaurants close by that are worth checking out.

Deze camping voor volwassenen op een werkende boerderij biedt rustige verblijven met prachtig uitzicht op het platteland. Gasten prijzen de vriendelijke eigenaresse Carolyn, de ruime plekken en de uitstekende douches. Een eerlijkheidswinkeltje is handig. Hoewel de faciliteiten basic zijn, worden ze als schoon en functioneel beschreven. Een auto is aan te raden voor de omgeving.

Ik was blij met Lovely relaxing site, very friendly. I booked the Bliss pitch and it couldn’t be faulted. They have a small shop and run a bar onsite.

Ik was blij met What a fantastic place this is. We had the hot tub pitch and even though we were there for the hotest bank holiday I can ever remember we still used it, beautiful countryside views whilst chilling out.
Must be the quietest site we have ever stayed, just the sounds of the farm animals and birds....heaven.
Gorgeous sunsets while having tea outside campervan.
On site shop and pub to!!
Fantastic and friendly owners who must work so hard on their farm and camp site, well done. Will definitely be back.

It's a lovely small site with plenty of space to pitch on. The owners greeted us on arrival to introduce herself and gave us information on the camp.

Ik was blij met Relaxing friendly rural site with fantastic views. Carolyn makes you feel welcome and has recently opened a communal bar in addition to honesty farm shop. Clean facilities and hot showers. It is a working farm so will see plenty of sheep.

Ik was blij met Our third time visiting and we find it excellent for travelling to llandudno, Conwy and Rhos on sea, only 9 miles to Llanwrst. The views are amazing, a small and peaceful site. Turn right at the traffic lights at The George and Dragon pub, onto the A548. Stay on this road until you see an old white tollhouse opposite the right turning for the B5113. There are so many great places to get out for a walk around here, it might be tricky to know where to start. Among the top choices are the pretty village of Llanrwst (15 minutes’ drive) for a stroll to see its famous three-arched bridge, or Capel Curig (half an hour), which is a well-known hub of walking trails. For gentler strolls, plan trips to the likes of 80-acre Bodnant Garden (10 minutes), filled with formal gardens, meadows and champion trees, or check out the castles in Conwy (20 minutes) and Caernarfon (45 minutes). The colourful Italianate village of Portmeirion (55 minutes) is a popular day-trip destination, as is the seaside town of Llandudno (20 minutes) for a walk on the pier and perhaps a tour of the Penderyn distillery followed by a sip of their whisky. Up for a bit more action? Sign up for one of the adrenaline rushes at Zip World Betws-y-Coed (20 minutes) – perhaps a ride on the forest coaster or a go on Europe’s highest swing?
