Ik was blij met: Loved this campsite. Everything we needed, clean, hot showers, toilet block, choice of pitch and plenty of space. Village short walk away with all shops needed and cheap fuel. Helpful friendly campsite owners. Amazing views, great price.

Ik was blij met: Easy going site, owners available in farmhouse, so left alone to camp peacefully, 1st thing that struck me was the views, real nice, quiet ! no road noise, 10- 15 min walk into town ( village ), footpath all the way so safe, a torch handy for some ?, a nice touch is being able to arrive and leave at will, I could get reception / internet on my fone no probs, I'd visit again ....hopefully without the rain lol

Ik was niet zo blij met: Just observations because I enjoyed ! - I don't understand why broken locks on toilet doors are not repaired when broke, if they are flimsy & keep getting broke ( as these ) fit robust heavier ones, the water tap needs a sign, the toilet waste disposal must be a secret or I need specsaver's !, showers dated but functional, looks like foundations dug for future facilities, !! - just observations !

Ik was blij met: Easy going, quite close to the pub.

Ik was niet zo blij met: Showers were good and hot and new toilet block is on its way. But it's very basic at the time we stayed. But use able :)

Ik was blij met: A nice, peaceful spot nestled in the hills - quiet, with basic facilities, but a perfect spot for just quietly chilling, watching the Ted-tail kites, and waiting for moon rise… 🥰

Ik was niet zo blij met: No locks on men’s toilet doors. No dedicated washing up area.

Ik was blij met: Very friendly owner. It was great to pitch up where we wanted. Easy to find and access with lovely views and within 10 minutes walk on pavements from a couple of pubs. Honesty box for bags of logs (including kindling) with lots of fire pits to use.

Ik was niet zo blij met: As others have said, toilets/showers are dated but operational.

Ik was blij met: I loved The site, the facilities, the location, the size of site, reasonable prices, the pitch, the view! The proximity to Llanwrtyd Wells. Parking my van and looking straight at a standing stone in the next field… just fab . Felt safe even when the only camper on site. Most of all… the kindness shown to me by the owners family after I had an accident. They went above and beyond to get me to a hospital (which was many many miles away) in a serious situation and I will be forever grateful. They were available immediately to answer the phone and help me. They were in constant communication with me throughout my hospital visit and made provision for my vehicle to be safe when I wasn’t on site …. That is something special, and not something I have experienced before. So thank you very very much… I will be back and will be promoting your site for its many positives !!!! You run a great site 😊😊

Ik was blij met: The freedom to park where we choose, no check in or check out restrictions, great views and peaceful location. It’s also very easy to walk into the closest town with convenience store, cafe, pubs etc

Ik was niet zo blij met: Weather but no one can do a thing about that unfortunately so it was a very soggy bike ride and weekend lol
