Ik was blij met Great little pub,
Everything you need electric, water, shower.
Lovely views of countryside.
Staff were very warm and welcoming.

Ik was blij met Liked the look of the site online and paid £20 online for one night.£

Ik was niet blij met Unfortunately this site doesn’t live up to anywhere near to its online presentation. Most of the gravel pitches within 5 yards of a very noisy busy main road. There was no escape from the road noise anywhere on this site. The pitch fee was £20 for the night they wanted an extra £10 for ehu, no thanks. One ramshackle shower and one toilet which in all of our years of motorhome travelling around Europe and the UK rates as the worst we have come across. Badly in need of serious upgrade.

Ik was blij met Over night stop ,friendly welcoming, clean tidy site,facilities clean,dog friendly, enjoyed our meal in pub

Basic pub grub but it works well
And a pint too

Ik was blij met Convenience of the on site food and drinks in the pub
Very close to town and shops
Good size pitch

Ik was niet blij met Unfortunately was let down by the on-site facilities. Not very clean,smelly.
Only 1 toilet/shower/sink.
If it was to be busy then no where near enough.

Van de manager: sorry you were disappointed however we do have 3 outside toilets here their is two at the side of the shower block with wash basins and hot water facilities.

Ik was blij met Friendly owners and nice little campsite which was clean and had level pitches. Very conveniently situated just off the main road and Welshpool roundabout. 1 shower and 1 toilet. A little park in the pubs beer garden for kids.

Ik was niet blij met I’m sorry to say that the traffic noise was too loud for us. Though this may not affect some people. We had to take our own toilet roll as theirs kept running out. And I couldn’t find any bins on site. I think the shower water pipe was also linked up to the toilet flush, as the shower would go cold when somebody would use the toilet or wash their hands. Sorry.

Ik was blij met Lovely campsite with friendly host nice level pitches, family and dog friendly. There a public house and bar, serving hot food. Clean toilets and showers. Me my dad and 18yo son had a lush camping experience.
Value for money.

Nothing was too much trouble.
Particularly liked the 'snacks' 🤣

Ik was niet blij met Next to an extremely busy road, you WILL hear traffic constantly and all through the night, not how it’s advertised. Photos also very misleading to how close to the road the pitches are.
Right next to a railway line AND level crossing with flashing lights and warning siren going off every time a train goes past. Tents crammed in like sardines where it’s acceptable to smoke weed by neighbours and can’t have your car nearby if you have pets that need to be secured. Definitely not pet friendly being so close to the road and not secure fencing.

Ik was niet blij met Hi, sadly we left soon after we arrived as we were so close in our tents to a busy road, & rail crossing, then a train went past very near, which we agreed would be a difficult nights rest especially as we had dogs with us: we couldn’t move as a small site.
